My name is Asif and currently I am studying at Northumbria University, London. Although they helped me a lot at every step till i made it to UK! There were lot of lackings that i would like to point out.

First off, the range of university they suggested to apply were restricted to quite a handful, i belive these are the ones they are partnered with and get a comission from.

The handling of tution fees and preparing bank papers was one of the toughest phase, this is where the inexperience of the team was revealed. Which made me go back and forth with banks till i got the papers correctly making the whole process really stressful.

During VFS appointment, they never mentioned there was a way to avoid paying hefty prices just for uploading documents that one can simply do it themselves. Didn't need to pay for those extra services!

Lastly they promised to help find a job, but after arriving in UK they didn't bother to care to ask how their candidates are doing... which could have made a big difference.!

Anyway i would say you can trust them with your visa application but if you are looking for a great service better look for those agencies that don't treat their candidates like a pawn!
