Nieuwe auto gekocht Smart #5 bij Mercedes Louwman Den Bosch.
Nu 6 maanden verder niets als problemen. De auto heeft al 3 maanden bij Louwman binnen gestaan het ene probleem na het andere. Problemen zijn nog steeds niet opgelost.
Nu bezig de koop te laten ontbinden.
Echt jammer dat het zover moet komen.
Voor service moet je hier niet wezen.
Bij Smart Nerderland trouwens ook niet.
"Ik heb geprobeerd contact met hen op te nemen via verschillende manieren, maar ik heb geen antwoord ontvangen.
Ik heb mijn bestelling nog steeds niet ontvangen.
Ik ben erg teleurgesteld in hen."
Na annulering van een pre-order op de smart #1, 3 maanden geleden, heb ik nog steeds geen geld retour ontvangen na herhaaldelijk dit te hebben gemeld. Of je wordt aan het lijntje gehouden of ze reageren gewoon niet. Waardeloos bedrijf.
Smart forfour verliert Bluetooth immer nach wenigen Tagen zu iphone. (2 unterschiedliche iphones) ausprobiert. Verbindung muß dann komplett getrennt werden und dann neu angelernt werden. Vertragswerkstatt sagt sie findet keinen Fehler. Das Auto ist 4 Jahre alt. Start Stop Automatik braucht viel zu lange bis der Motor wieder anspringt. Manchmal springt er nicht mehr an wenn man von der Bremse geht. Vertragswerkstatt kann Problem angeblich nicht reproduzieren.
Ich bräuchte dringend mal einen neuen Smart! Ich parke täglich quer und das ist mit den neuen Modellen leider nicht mehr möglich. Eine Umrüstung meines alten auf Elektromotor ist nicht rentabel.
I have been owner of a smart fortwo model 2012, and I was happy; for this reason in 2016 I bought the "third generation" model. The car works well but the hands-free system has never worked satisfactorily with my iPhone 6, then I switched to the iPhone 7 and now does not work even with iPhone X; the smart dealer has intervened several times trying to improve the problem but has never changed anything; I still can not use it. I am angry about this situation considering that I use my the smart fortwo for work and without the hands-free, I am forced to use external headphones, and I think it is absurd!!! Please some one help me
