Very poor experience with Digital Five. Emails go unanswered for days or even over a week. Agreed services were not delivered properly, which caused us to lose hundreds of pounds due to delays. Extremely poor communication and unreliable service. Not recommended.

am very disappointed with the service provided by this company. This is not the first time I have raised concerns.

I make monthly SEO payments of at least £300, yet I receive no meaningful updates or reporting on what work is being carried out. From my perspective, I am paying for a service without seeing results or clear evidence of progress.

Communication is a major issue. When I ask even a small question or request a minor update, it can take a month or more to receive any response. However, if a payment is missed, I am contacted immediately and chased without delay. This imbalance speaks volumes about where priorities lie.

During the first couple of months, the level of care and attention was noticeably better. Since then, the service has declined significantly. Whether this is due to staff shortages or workload is irrelevant — as a paying customer, I expect consistent communication, transparency, and a professional level of service.

I entered into a contract in good faith and expect to be treated fairly and receive the service I am paying for. Unfortunately, that has not been my experience.

I have recently had my website re-built with Digital Five. I highly recommend them, Federica was so attentive and really listened to what I wanted. Also sharing her own visions & ideas which I really appreciate. Honest and caring, making the whole process easy from start to finish. Nothing was too was trouble. So happy with the end result, thank you to all involved.

I’m 6 months into my contract with smart numbers or digital 5 as they have changed too.
in my opinion I’ve been tricked into a false pretence sales pitch .
I approached this company as looked quite good online .
Tim the sales guy / manager whatever he is this week .
talked me into a monthly subscription with the sales pitch of regular calls / work generation !!
I’m constantly complaining as not much happening , phone never rings , on the odd occasion it does it’s Spam.
I’ve had 2 paying jobs in 6 months .
Contact forms go to junk mail , so get lost in the astronomical amount of Spam emails I get telling me how inadequate my ISO is !
Apparently smart numbers don’t have the knowledge of experience to have emails sent to correct inbox! Resulting in what leads I have being lost .
This service is massively inadequate not what I was sold .
And all for the cost of £500.00 a month severely Overpriced!!
My advice.
STEER CLEAR .
I’m literally counting the days to get out of this tricked into contract !!!

A very easy process mainly because you are being guided by the person on the other end of the phone from Smart Numbers.

Excellent service. Set up same day, with really friendly staff.

Used by people of dubious commercial morals to show a UK based telephone number for cold calling against Telephone Preference service. Barr one and they just move to another cheapo number.
BT should crack down on this.
