Purchased a couple of bottles of wine to be sent to my son who lives in Epsom. Got the first line of the address right but Pay Pal had changed the last part to my address in Paignton! Phoned SLURP and spoke to a wonderful lady called Hannah who sorted my dilemma with the couriers and immediately phoned me back with the problem solved!! Thank you so much. Great customer service!!!

Having recently purchased a case of 12…
Having recently purchased a case of 12 alcohol free bottles of wine I am very confused about the description labelled on the front and back. It states 0.0% on the front yet on the back it says contains no more than 0.05%Abv which forgive me if I am wrong this clearly contains a small trace of alcohol. I have been advised by a senior consultant specialising in this field that this could be damaging my health which is not worth the risk relying on your information. I have had to pour the entire contents of the case down the sink which I found hard to do because of the cost. I would be interested in your feedback and can assure you that I won’t be purchasing any of your products again regards

Hi Ursula,
Thank you for your feedback, we have now been in touch with you directly. As explained, ‘Alcohol free’ products are currently defined in England as products with an ABV content not exceeding 0.05%. Low alcohol products are defined as products with an ABV content not exceeding 1.2%. These drinks are designed to replicate the taste and experience of standard-strength alcoholic drinks. Slurp offers a money back guarantee and we have offered to refund the remaining bottles once returned which we hope will be satisfactory for you.
Best wishes,
The Slurp Team

Much better than last time!
The time before this deal I was disappointed with the off hand service I had received. I had made up my mind not to buy from you again, but I decided I give you one more try. It worked well thanks.
