Ordered 3 mats via the website. Mats came as advertised. Had a problem with the payment on the website, it crashed as the payment went through. Emailed them about it and they confirmed they had recieved the payment and the order would go out. As the order didnt process properly on the website I didnt seem to get any automatic email confirmation. When I contacted them by email the responses were very fast, and they were helpful. Mats were delivered, but left down the side of the house so I didn't know they had arrived.
Even with the above issues I would still order from them again as the mats are good quality.

order placed on the 14th April, via their sister web site express matting, on the 15th April i received an e-mail double checking my order... seems i had actually ordered the rubber trim and not the actual mats... thank goodness they checked. Brilliant service 2 mats receive the following day and they did not charge me the price difference between the trim and matting. Well done... 100% recommend express matting.co.uk well done it a thumbs up from me.

We ordered a section of premium Coir matting for our boot room door entrance way. The mat arrived promptly, but had a slight imperfection almost in the centre, a cut in one side and tear in another side. We contacted customer service and they responded immediately, offering a discount to accept the mat or to arrange a replacement. We took the replacement option which was despatched and received promptly without any further issues. When we asked about how to return the damaged mat, Slip-Not told us to accept the mat on a complimentary basis. First class customer service and a round of applause for ZEAB :)

I ordered 9 mats for my home gym and the ramps that go with it for a nice finish. Unfortunately the female side ramps did not fit flush with the mats and was a tripping hazard. Upon contacting them regarding this, Zeab happily excepted my request to return the ramps for a full refund. I held on to the mats as they look amazing and really strong and at a reasonable price and still look good without the ramps as pictured on their website. I looked around before I ordered and these were the cheapest I found at a 16mm depth, well worth the purchase. I would advise anyone to buy these mats you won’t regret it. Thanks slip-not for a great service, will shop again.

I had a problem with the delivery which was due to the manufacturers not being able to produce the product to deliver to the company. When I sought a refund the company promptly refunded my money and offered to give me the product on a complimentary basis.

Things did not go to plan due to the Pandemic, but they stuck to the task and the item eventually arrived.

Delighted with the service provided by Zeab. Kept me up to date with delivery details and in fact delivered a day early. Product very good quality too. Nice company to deal with as Zeab went the extra mile which is appreciated.

Wrong size flooring delivered, assured me the correct size would be delivered in two working days. Original floor was picked up next day, after 6 days called and discovered replacement hadn't yet been dispatched. As an apology shipping cost and have been refunded to me, which is a nice gesture,and have received the flooring.

I have ordered from this company many times and they have always been efficient and with good prices. One item arrived damaged and they dispatched a replacement immediately with no problem.

The fake grass matting is absolutely fabulous and looks fantastic.
Ok, there were some delays in supply and not he best communication from the company (I had to enquire why I had not received my product when expected), but these are unusual times and difficult for everyone.
Can’t fault the product, could do with a bit more pro-active communications from the supplier, but will definitely come back again.

Awful company , uses misleading advertising, I ordered 6 mats and even phoned to check what I was buying and ask about product, my order was placed , but a week later I received an email stating that I had been refunded as requested, I requested no refund.. so phoned again to be told they where out of stock (lies). They then told me I hadn't ordered mats only corners? How did they know I didn't want corners? .. obviously they had charged me for corners instead of mats and then realised their mistake so alleged I had requested a refund ... the customer service people I spoke to were very rude and patronising... One of the worst companies i have ever had dealings with.

I had been looking around for gym flooring for a while. There is a lot of choice out there and the prices range from cheap to crazy expensive.

I went with slip not (Gym Mats 36 inch x 36 inch x 16mm Black) as the price was just right for my budget. You never know what you get when you see pictures online. But I have to say, the flooring is amazing. My builder found it easy to lay and he used a Stanley knife to cut the edges to fit the room. The mats lock in together and were able to lay on the floor without glue.

We used the edges that you can get with the mats and it gives it a nice finish to the edges.

I needed one extra mat and some more edging and the customer service was 10/10.

We have converted our garage into a gym and I would 100% recommend this flooring.

Excellent quality product. Heavy, dense rubber tiles great for my garden gym project and climbing frame base. Easy to cut with jig-saw and install. Been in the garden for a year and still look and feel good.

This company has a shamefully appallingly customer relations and disgraceful Customer satisfaction.
I placed an order on the 6th of April and still not delivered. You contact the company and all you get is lies and excuses but on the website states in stock and express delivery but reality total fabrication.
Avoid the company at all costs

Wow, these are amazing rubber mats & Rubber floor tiles . Much better than I imagined. Arrived on time. Heavy duty, so will not slide about. Used for decking and gravel way at front of house. Very very pleased with this rubber matting. They are bigger than I thought, which was a bonus. I would really recommend to everyone. Worth every penny.A+++

Ordered 2 Checker Rubber Gym mats so I can Deadlift in my garage gym and minimise and damage to the flooring. Received an email to say the one’s I had ordered were out of stock but to my delight they offered a free mat upgrade to a more durable type.
Delivery was just outside of the advertised window but given the current circumstances it wasn’t a problem. Very happy with the purchase and good customer service.

Timeline of events of an order placed;

Item ordered on 13th April, with an expected delivery of 3-4 working days. After 6 days I contacted to gain a tracking number as I expected a delay with the demands of courier companies at the moment. I was told the item was out for delivery and no issues but they had no tracking number.

After contacting them 2 more times I was told the item had been lost and another had been dispatched. After talking to various staff members and over email they then couldn't give me another tracking number for me to follow its progress. Upon speaking to another manager on the 6th of May he told me the parcel hadn't gone out and that it wouldn't be with me again for 3-5 days.

He offered to refund my delivery charge, which was odd as I hadn't paid one as I had spent enough for free delivery. I was then told that he was losing money and that charges had gone up. The Customer service was very poor when in these times being honest would have been the best idea, I didn't expect to have it quickly just to be treated with respect, honesty, and to be communicated to.

After writing the review the company has been very quick to see what can be done, and I have been asked to remove it.

As it transpired the second time the paint was meant to be sent this wasn’t the case and I was misled. After a chat with the manager, the amount was then refunded to me also with a £30 compensation due to the poor service that I had received.

So moving on from above, I was contacted by Tom, a manager within the company. After going over all of the above and consulting with management above him he offered to send me the paint I had ordered originally Free of charge. He explained that he didn’t want the above to be a reflection on the great service he believes he delivers to customers every day, and by doing this he wanted to redeem to myself and show that the service I received was a fluke.

I agreed to Toms's request and from that moment he has kept me 100% informed of where the paint was from a delay in getting the material into the moment it was dispatched via APC to be delivered to me.

The paint arrived safely this morning and although I can’t do the floor with work picking up it is now here for when I quieten down.

As agreed with Tom the review and star rating will now be changed as I wanted to judge the company again and give them a chance to get it right. It was agreed that for true transparency and honesty that the experience of the first order is left.

If the service/customer service I received on this delivery is the norm then I would use them again and take the first attempt as a hiccup.
