I really like the chips and the amazing service

I have had Slim Chickens so so many times and have never had any issue ordering the chicken wings with my child being allergic to milk. The Allergen information clearly states that the wings do not contain milk. We always make the staff aware of the allergy and we've been told which food that we can and can't order. My child has never had any reactions with the chicken wings.

However, today, out of no where, the staff in Slim Chickens Trinity Leeds refused to take my order, even though I had told them we had no problem with their food. The manager was so rude and insisted she wouldn't serve me after making me wait standing by the counter for more than 15 minutes! No apology, nothing. Shocking behaviour! How come you don't know what's in your own product?

First time in Slim Chickens, and probably never again. The overall flavour was an intense taste of Salt on the chicken, ruining what was potentially good chicken. Fries were JUST ok. Best bit were the Milkshakes but they were extra on a meal price. £30.90 for 2 substandard meals - no thanks.

Excellent and wonderful customer service from team leader Jade..She made my visit very pleasant and was so helpful in making choices for me in what I wanted.She came out of till area to help me decide.. Please pass on my thanks.i will definitely be returning.kind regards Adrian

We were visiting family in Plymouth and my grandaughter suggested slim chicken for lunch. We always thought you would never beat KFC but my god the food here is delicious. There were five of us and had various different meals I thought I would try to chicken in this wrap.it was so tasty. There is no slim chicken anywhere near us to visit.the lady who served us was lovely and when the food came out there was loads for everyone and not a bad price for it all.would be the first place I would visit when I come again.such a shame there isn’t one in Oxfordshire.

Never got to taste the chicken at Wembley I live local and spent 20 mins trying to get to the machine to order food and it only allowed meals. I didn’t want a drink or fries so I went to the front and after 10 mins was told on event days you had to have fries and a drink.
How pathetic is that. Slim chicken and you can’t just buy chicken.

I recently visited the new Slim Chickens restaurant in Wembley, and I must say, it exceeded my expectations! The chicken tenders and wings were cooked to perfection—crispy on the outside, tender and juicy on the inside. Everything was fresh and full of flavor.

One of the highlights was their sauce selection—so many to choose from! I went with the Mango Habanero, and it was the perfect balance of sweet and spicy, adding an extra kick to every bite.

The experience was fantastic, and I’ll definitely be returning, this time with my family. If you're in Wembley and craving quality chicken, Slim Chickens is a must-try!

SO GOOD! The wait time was only 2-3 minutes and the food was excellent! Would recommend!

Avoid This Place – Serious Food Safety Concern!

I visited this restaurant on Tuesday, February 25, 2025, and had a shocking experience with undercooked chicken and unprofessional management.

After biting into my chicken wings, I noticed blood oozing out, so I raised the issue with the Assistant Manager, Emily. She dismissed my concerns, insisting that the blood was just from veins and that the chicken was perfectly safe to eat. However, after biting into another wing with even more blood, I decided to check online—and sure enough, food safety guidelines clearly state that blood in cooked chicken is a sign of it being undercooked and unsafe to eat.

I returned to the counter to escalate my concerns, but Emily refused to face me and hid behind the counter, sending another employee, Holly, to deal with the situation instead. Holly explained that Emily claimed she felt “intimidated” by my wife—a completely false and unprofessional excuse, as we had been polite and reasonable when we first raised the issue.

The only saving grace of this visit was Holly, who handled the situation with professionalism, apologized, and immediately issued a full refund. In stark contrast, Emily’s behavior was completely unacceptable for a manager, as she failed to take a serious food safety issue seriously and avoided responsibility entirely.

This is a major food safety risk, and I strongly advise other customers to be cautious when dining here. If I end up with food poisoning from this visit (which can take up to 72 hours to appear), I will be reporting this to environmental health authorities.

If management reads this, I strongly recommend reprimanding Emily and promoting Holly, who clearly understands customer service far better.

Food safety is not something to take lightly—this experience was unacceptable!

Looking for a spot of food that will not blow my budget at the ashford outlet used to be difficult.
This place served excellent chicken and the service couldn't be faulted.
All at a reasonable price

Visited Ashford Outlet Branch with my 2 sons. Whilst waiting for food could observe kitchen area. Man who appeared to be boss screaming and shouting at workers completely unnecessarily. Most of work force appeared to be young teenager’s who looked visibly shaken by conduct. A member of staff arrived and as they walked past me manger screaming ‘ could you have not taken your @@@@ break here rather than go out as could have done with you helping sooner.’ Girl looked like she was about to burst into tears. Made me feel uncomfortable and shocked so can only imagine how staff feel working here. Appalling and bullying way to treat people. I won’t be returning.
