Bought a set of bifold doors in 2018 from Slide and Fold. They have been perfect. They look great, and it's wonderful to be able to open our kitchen up - it really brings us closer to the garden. Just recently, the door began to stick. I contacted Slide and Fold. This was a matter of the door dropping a little over time. Adam explained how to tighten it again and it is absolutely perfect. Brilliant customer service - thank you Adam.

We recently moved house and although the bifold doors were fitted by the previous owners, we had an issue with seals around the door. We contacted the team at slide and told and they were incredibly helpful in resolving several issues afterwards. Great communication, knowledgeable engineers, and the doors now work perfectly. Excellent aftercare and highly recommended. Adam Ball goes above and beyond to help.

Amazing service, We had a problem with the outer handle of patio door. Adam Ball was so helpful and problem was sorted the next day. Would deal with this company again and can highly recommend.

We bought doors from them nearly five years ago, the service then was excellent. We have just had a couple of minor problems recently, no fault of the company, and I emailed one evening to query what we could do, there was a response first thing in the morning, and I mean very first thing. They gave me solutions to the problems, they clearly weren’t pushing to make money and sell me things to fix the issues, they gave me options to try first before having to spend money on replacement items. I emailed again to confirm with them something, and again the response was so prompt. I wouldn’t hesitate in recommending this company at all. Thank you for your help and assistance and providing a fabulous product.

Exceptional customer service.

Had an issue with our long standing sliding doors. Emailed Slide and Fold and Adam responded straight away. After a lengthy call, we managed to sort the fault and cannot thank Adam enough. Exceptional customer service, went above and beyond to help us. Would highly recommend his knowledge and patience and of course the company and products. Outstanding all round.

Not sure if that is a real company at all. I asked for a quotation and waited days. Then I reached them by phone, sales department was not answering, other person said that John is busy but he will get back to me shortly. Finally John answered me after 10 days with a quotation without mentioning his late reply. Also he completely ignored the desired layout of the window sections I attached. Offer was confusing for a common person who does not install windows on daily basics. I asked questions and week after still no reply. Well, that is not the company you want to deal with.

Quality windows, delivery was well communicated, on time and friendly. Support from the company has been fantastic, always available on the phone and happy to help. Can not fault the company.

The actual doors and windows work well and look great 6 years on. They were no problem to fit.

I’m in love with these doors, thank you team for helping me transform my home, I originally wanted a bifold door, but after talking through my plans with the team, we settled on this. I’ll be back for the rest of the house soon!!!

I’ve used Slide and fold several times in the past and they always deliver quality products at a reasonable price. Big shout out to Clare and Adam for their 5* customer service!

Really impressed with the teams knowledge and the doors looked great when they were installed. Adam helped with the installation as we didn't have much experience installing doors and windows.

Brilliant customer service even though my doors were well out of warranty. Adam gave me some great advice on how to resolve the problem myself and encouraged me to have a go. Given I’m in the wilds of West Cornwall, it was great to fix them, close and lock my doors for the first time in a week. Way to Go! 😍

We bought a set of bifold doors back in 2019 with no issues at all other than they were fitted by some incompetent builders we were using.

After time, the poor fitting has caused some issues but speaking with Adam at Slide and Fold, he advised what we needed to do and sent the new parts (FOC). He really went and above and beyond for an old customer and can't thank him enough.

Do not order from this company!! I closely followed the online buying instructions and ordered a right hinged internal door. After delaying my order initially for quality issues the doors were delivered by an amazingly helpful delivery man.

There was nothing on the packaging to describe the doors. I had a light switch moved especially for my right hinged door. The door was installed by my builder while I was away - it was left hinged!!

The door also didn’t not come with enough gasket to finish the installation.

I checked my order and called slide and fold and send a photo of the door where I was told that they couldn’t work out if the door was wrong despite the photo. I was also told that perhaps I didn’t understand the online instructions to order the correct door. I had ordered the correct door, they had sent the wrong one even with their QA process!!

After 20minutes Adam finally agreed it was the wrong door that had been sent and again said he would address this on the website- ???? Still the wrong door- right order!!! He suggested I get my builder to take it out and reverse it!! I decided to move my light switch back as easier.

Adam send some gasket but it turns out it was the wrong kind, at first I was told it was correct by Adam until I described it as red not black. So then we waited more days for the correct gasket to be sent!
I emailed Adam today and was told that as the door was installed they couldn’t do anything but don’t worry he is looking at the website. Again - I ordered correctly they sent the wrong door but he will not take any accountability for it. I was made to feel it was my error, it was my error to use this company that is for sure!!!

There were a few glitches in the beginning with regards to delivery dates but, after an email to their Customer Services Team, Adam Ball turned it all around. He provided excellent service and really went the extra mile to ensure I was happy with the finished door. He even tweaked an existing door while he was at my house which now is back to perfect working order. Can't thank him enough. If you have any issues with Slide and Fold, just speak with Adam, he'll sort it.

Well where do I start.... Except from I should have reviewed earlier but been really busy..... From ordering this company couldn't do enough for you from advise about what would work best for us always through to the Saturday morning when I was fitting they were always there on the phone for guidance to talk me through the fitting process...... These guys are amazing.... Now the doors have been in over a year I noticed it got a little stiff this is where they were amazing I contacted the aftersales and got the most helpful guy sure he was called Adam 😬... I explained what happened then I got a full email with diagrams on how to sort this..... Due to myself not sorting the problem straight away it had made the handle go a little dodgy he also sent me a link to the new handle.... Overall I am over the moon with the quality and even more happy with the after sales support... You get a 10/10 from me guys

A Excellent Professional service by Adam and all of the team at Slide and fold . This is our third time in placing an order for doors with them the last being this July and as expected the Bifolds fitted perfectly and look fantastic and delivered on time , there was a minor issue which was cause by us but it was immediately resolved by a call to one of the friendly helpful team . A pleasure to deal with . Looking forward to doing more business with Slide & fold in the future . Many Thanks again for a first class service and product

Be warned this is not a long standing company as advertised on the website. The company went in to liquidation on December 23 resulting on outstanding orders being cancelled with no refund including my order of £31k.
