Well its been awhile since we have purchased a mattress, after getting over the shock of how deep the SleepSoul Space was, the wife and I were overwhelmed by the comfort and quality. Great mattress for the guestroom
Bought via Amazon, prompt delivery and neatly packaged in a box. Opening was quick and easy, inflating within seconds. Handy little cutter provided to remove the plastic covering. The mattress was bought for guestroom use and my visitors have commentated on it being very comfortable.

I've ordered my mattress on a Friday morning....AND RECEIVED IT THE NEXT MORNING....NO WAIT FOR WEEKS AND WEEKS FOR MY MATTRESS......
The ordering online went sooo smooth...no issues.. ..Received info re delivery for the next morning very fast after my order was done
They delivered the next morning...helped me to put mattress on my bed... taken away my old mattress ...with all the packaging too

I've also ordered at the same time a mattress protector...that is really of good quality....

The comfort 800 pocket mattress is…
The comfort 800 pocket mattress is advertised as medium but it is solid as a rock and caused excessive him and joint pain.
When contacted, neither sleep soul or mattressnextday (where I purchased it) wanted to know. Customer service was patronising - blaming the pain on my sleep position rather than the mattress.
I have had to spend more on a good mattress topper just to make it possible to sleep on without waking in pain.
My advice would be to avoid this mattress and these companies at all costs.
