Pleased overall with my purchase…
Pleased overall with my purchase although at first the mattress felt a bit to soft and made me feel a bit to warm.quality seems good,but fitted my Simba topper and it now’s just right for me,which is a bit of a miracle because I have real problem finding a comfortable mattress.

Sleepsoul 2000 pocket sprung mattress...amazing
The mattresses were delivered on time with regular updates. The 2 lads delivering took both heavy boxes to the 2 bedrooms with no fuss. They even advised how to unpack the vacuum packed mattresses as I had never had thwm before. As for the mattresses....they are brilliant...beat nughts sleep I have had for years. Paid £570 with discount for two exceptional mattresses. Made such a difference to my sleep..I am a side sleeper & was worried they might be too soft...but they are quite firm but the topper section makes it really comfortable..I read the reviews & dont normally lwave one. But I woukd definitely recommend this mattress to anyone..Paul G

Cupar store we bought from salesman was very knowledgeable and polite gave us great advice but not too much and gave us plenty of time to decide what we'd like. Delivery was withing 2 weeks. And since then we've had a fantastic sleep waking up refreshed the price was reasonable

Ive had my mattress for over a month…
Ive had my mattress for over a month now & have to say Ive had the best sleep in years, My shoulder pain & back pain have disappeared, when I read the reviews I wasn’t sure if this mattress was going to be comfy as a few said it was too firm, but the memory foam top makes it nice a comfy, well worth the price,

Not as soft as expected
The company I bought this mattress from advertised it as soft tension, with a sumptuously soft sink in feel, this is the sole reason I purchased this mattress, however when I came to sleep on it I was very disappointed that it was much firmer than I expected it to be.
I since noticed on Sleep Soul’s own website that it’s classed as soft/medium, and some other retailers advertise it as medium, so I would advise if you want a very soft mattress, this probably isn’t the one for you.
That said, the quality seems very good, and it’s a very good price.
I hope after sleeping on it for a while I will become more accustomed to it.

Great quality comfort & price
Before using this mattress i was sleeping poorly and waking with sore shoulders ,hips &knees but in the 4_5 weeks I've been using the sleepsoul 2000 bliss I've been sleeping all night &waking pain free . I recommend this mattress highly for both quality &price. The delivery was next day as advertised & the driver was extremely helpful & unboxed it for me which was very much appreciated

Springs dig into you :(
The new mattress we bought has hard lumps/springs that hurt my hips & lower back, plus is it harder than expected. Does not seem to be covered by any guarantee, as we did not buy an approved mattress cover at the same time. Not a good way to spend hundreds of pounds!

Sleepsoul Heaven Mattress ⭐️
We got chose the sleepsoul mattress specifically the heaven mattress after careful consideration and research from reviews. It is very comfortable, soft, and as I’m a side sleeper I would say its a good buy. Bonus is the price which is very reasonable for its built. We’ve got the option of 100 day free trial and we have been sleeping on it for more than 30 days now and no issues so far. We are sleeping like babies and I don’t feel any back or body pains no more.

No regret purchase
I wasn't sure what type of mattress I needed but I finally decided on a medium/firm mattress and after checking reviews and being mindful of value for money, I finally decided to get a SleepSoul mattress, I've had it over a month and I can genuinely say that I have never slept so soundly. Absolutely no regrets!
