Found best one ever I ordered… it kept my head dry and cool while sleeping. It helped me increasing REM and Deep sleep longer while sleeping, Extreme comfortable to sleep than contour foam pillow like Dosaze. Highly recommend to anyone who are hot/hotter sleeper!

I haven’t encountered a pillow made from this material before so I truly wasn’t sure what to expect! But I’m impressed! The material cradles your head and you almost “float” on top of it, so it’s very different than other pillows that go flat. It’s helped me not wake up with a stiff neck.

This pillow has saved my neck. I havea slipped disk and I have the other big name brand pillow and this one doesn't even compare. I lobe the double contour this pillow gives me. It sits just right on my neck when I am on my back and its perfect for side sleeping. I get better sleep with this pillow and wake up refreshed. I really love this pillow and recommend it to everyone who has neck pain.

My experience with the Onix Pillow has been outstanding. Very comfortable, cooling, which is a great benefit considering Brisbane's weather. The company through Maya responded adequately when I informed them that my Pillow had not arrived. The matter was dealt with swiftly.

I used to wake up with neck pain quite often until I started using the Onyx pillow. It's a sleep game changer!

I was really hopeful about this pillow, but unfortunately it provided no meaningful support for my neck or head. The material felt heavy and awkward rather than supportive, twisted in all the wrong places, and it did not maintain alignment as advertised. After multiple nights, it actually made my discomfort worse.

What’s more disappointing is the customer service. I reached out clearly and politely to request a return/refund and have since been completely ignored outside of an initial response that left me with unanswered question. No response, no resolution to my follow up asking that despite their guarantee of better night's sleep would they be covering return shipping since it failed to live up to that guarantee.

For a product at this price point, both the pillow quality and the lack of customer support are unacceptable. I would not recommend this pillow, and I strongly caution others to consider the risk if you need support or a return.

After 2 months of waiting because of shipping logistics problem, I finally got the pillow !
The wait was long but boy was it worth it !
I’ve tried maybe 6-7 different pillows in the last 10years…
The Onyx Pillow is worth it !
It’s soft enough but offers great head/neck support.
The texture is weird to the touch but obviously great for sleeping!
