Below 1 star. Need tenant evicted, was told by Libby that they would sort everything and that they have a high success rate. Paid for a session. Not heard anything back. No communication once they have received payment

They've been investigated by the SRA SOLICITORS REGULATION AUTHORITY AND SHUT DOWN...Report all Scam Solicitors to SRA. EVERY SINGLE TIME

Don't ever take what these clowns say as truth.
It's taken years for me to settle a case through them and throughout they've delivered false promises and grossly inaccurate compensation payments.
Don't be fooled by their marketing it's all a load of bull*hit
There are far l, far better companies out there.

Absolutely useless deceitful and ignorant

If I could have given 0 I would this so called Solicitors are acting for Managing Agent I have requested breakdown of costs charged for some 6 months now & no details received. I have been charged some £4k in costs which my Managing Agent says are SLC costs & SLC say are Managing Agents costs some thing not right here??? I’m reporting to their Governing body along with my Managing Agent to Trading Standards

Please Google other reviews of this company as they are now posting fake positive reviews to counteract how dodgy they are. Horrendous predatory unprofessional creatures who will extort money from all clients and revel in it.

Deceitful and untrustworthy.
I had these white collar goons put onto me by a management company for a bill that had already been settled 2 months prior. Aggressive and deceitful they added all kinds of expenses, fees and charges to an invoice that had already been paid. When I explained this to them they added another £200 to their fees. So I owe my management company nothing but have an imaginary invoice from them for over £750 !!!
They operate on a no win no fee basis and only get paid after legal proceedings commence so are not interested in anything you have to say.
They are still threatening legal action as I have no intention of paying their made up fees.
You may also receive other threatening letters from MLL ltd. They are also known under the following- Employline;TerryJones Solicitors;Verizon’s Law;Donnelly and Elliot; RJW Legal it’s all the same bunch of parasites.
Do not be intimidated by their letters but they will continue to harass you.

Zero Score or actually should be MINUS.. property freeholder and management companies, dont use this firm as their approach is extremely ruthless and unethical. It behaves just like a scam. it might be good to help you to earn some quick cash as they charge your tenant excessive administration charges in short term, but its bad for your company reputation in the long term. Leaseholders, be very alerted when you see a letter from this solicitor. Get advise from legal service, know your rights and dont just give in to their demand. They wouldn't listen to your explanations but rather they would explore vulnerability and weakness from you. A shameless company tries to squeeze out of the weak and the vulnerables.

I had a debt passed on to this firm, completely unfairly, and they have refused to listen. I was out of the country for a month, and I had checked with my property Management company that my account was clear before going, which they said yes. This information was incorrect, and while I was away, the debt was passed on to SLC. They added nearly £350 to my bill for sending a letter to me, and then a further £100 because I didn't respond within 7 days (I was out of the country!!) When I contacted them upon my return, they said they would get back to me within 10 WORKING days. So they get 2 weeks to respond, but only give unsuspecting clients 1 week, seems legit!

What cowards these people are. I have paid a bill in good faith, but not realised that the company had changed hands so I paid the old company rather than the new one. I can prove the payment, but do you think that SLC are in the slight bit interested in actually taking to me about this? of course not. If you need soliciting services then I strongly suggest you do not use these people. They should be ashamed of how they have dealt with me within this.

The most incompetent solicitor I've dealt with! Do not recommend this firm at all !!

Superb advice on website stating that "six-year rule" for retention of documents was principally focussed on tax issues but did not apply to other documents.

Provided prompt assessment of my circumstances and could not help further at this stage.
