Total bad experience and no communication forthcoming.

10 days ago I Ordered an Omron M7 HEM-780-E blood pressure monitor. They sent an M7 HEM-7322T, not the machine I ordered. I have emailed them on numerous occasions with no reply what so ever. I have applied for a Return Merchandise Authorisation via my website account which just sits there awaiting authorisation by them, I have called the phone number identified on their website (02089041100) but no matter when I call the line is either busy or no one answers. My requests to resolve the issue just hits a silent brick wall! I have advised them in my last email that that I would notify the appropriate regulator if they did not respond to to this final email, four days later still no response from them. There are three different order numbers depending on where you look, one of which references my eBay order when I actually ordered directly with the Slamtech website, complete confusion. I will never buy from this company again.

Brought what should of been 24 glass…

Brought what should of been 24 glass bottles of fanta they sent cans of fanta which i could of brought for £15 cheaper where i work and cant find glass ones anywhere, sent an email they dont want to know and trying to say they sent glass ones- liars. Will never be conned by this company again!!!

Items arrived inappropriately packaged

Items arrived inappropriately packaged. Glass broken., box opened and only sealed with a bit of sellotape. No fragile notice on the box.Glass bottles sent with no protection for anyone including the postal service. They then e mail back saying the dispatch TEAM did send it appropriately packaged,. Immediately defensive. Still trying to resolve ...photos had to be sent to show damage etc... not making it easy to for a customer!!

I have been contacting the re-seller…

I have been contacting the re-seller about this but have been banging my head against a brick wall. I ordered Fanta Orange but received Fanta Lemon instead. I contacted the reseller and was requested to send photos which I duly did. I was then advised I can either have a 10% refund or return the items for a refund. I advised I would like to return the items and raise the return via the Amazon site which I did. I then requested a pre-paid shipping label as I did not think I should have to pay the cost to return an order that I didn’t order. They then advised they would arrange for it to be collected from my home address which I agreed and even arranged for a friend to come over especially causing him a lot of inconvenience and a 80 mile round trip they then didn’t come and advised it hadn’t been arranged. In e-mailing them I have found them to be a most incompetent company, messages that didn’t make sense, contradictory messages and straight forward messages sent to them which they claim to not understand

Appalling customer service after initial response

I ordered Fever tree sicilian lemonade from these people on Amazon.
They sent me the wrong product. I emailed them to point out there error.
They apologised for there mistake, told me it wasn't a problem. All i had to do was return the product and they'd refund me the cost and reimburse the return postage. They then acknowledged the product had arrived back with them and how did i want to proceed. I informed them i'd like a refund including return postage. they refunded me the cost, but not the £16 return postage. They are now ignoring all emails and I am £16 out of pocket.
DO NOT DEAL WITH THESE PEOPLE, ITS NOT WORTH THE AGGRAVATION AND BEING OUT OF POCKET.

Wish i had seen reviews before ordering from them!

I ordered FIVE reams of A4 computer paper, on 21/03/18 paid £20.60 & on 26/03/18 i received ONE!
I emailed photographic evidence of this as requested from them & they apologised profusely, said it was human error & would get the correct order & amount to me, & that they had despatched it. As of 08/04/18 i have received NOTHING & have not had any correspondence from them regarding my order. Now they do not reply to emails either.
I have taken it up with amazon now & they are looking into it.
Will never use this company again.

Avoid if you can.. spend extra to receive your items from elsewhere

Oh my god despite reading the reviews I still went ahead and placed my order with this company. I’ve had to chase for my order because I received no updates or acknowledgement. The lady provided me with my tracking number and on the Royal Mail site it says the item will be with them soon. When I spoke to the lady she said you should have received this by now and I’m like duh well yes that’s why I am calling. I cannot believe this company is still around and the service is appalling. Got my refund straight away surprisingly with no issues - just makes me think that it hadn't even been dispatched in the first place but I was given false information. I think I will pay extra to actually get my items than rely on company that have discounted prices. I do not want an apology as this doesn’t really help

Hairdryer and straightners

I ordered a hairdryer and straightners for my daughter, when it was getting near to her birthday I was concerned about it being delivered. I contacted the company via email and they replied to my emails promptly and assured me that I should receive it by a given time, if not to contact them. It was received today. The reason for 4 stars as 5 stars meant no reservations and I did not think I would get the items on time. But very pleased with the purchase.

So unprofessional - words fail me - my worst online experience ever

I ordered an electric can opener, described as NEW, from Slamtech through Amazon. The can opener, when it arrived, was damaged and had clearly been used. I obtained a return label from them and returned the item to Slamtech. Slamtech failed to refund immediately and had to be reminded. However, they consistetnly failed to acknowledge my request for re-imbursement of the return postage and when eventually they did, said they could only re-imburse through Paypal, which I do not use. This took from the end of November 2017 to close to the end of January 2018. Amazon has a condition that sellers must respond to buyers questions within 2 working days, Slamtech send out a standard e-mail stating that someone will be in touch within 24-48 hours and then often do not respond and need to be prompted to do. Slamtech are supposed to match or better Amazon's return policy but they seem deliberately not to do so. They have never re-imbursed the return postage and I have complained to Amazon about Slamtech.

Really unprofessional

Really unprofessional! I bought a blender with the promise it would be delivered in up to 5 days. I received an email on the same day saying it had already been shipped. However, after 5 days it didn't arrive and the tracking service on their webside said I didn't have any order. I e-mailed them and they said it was Royal Mail's fault, and I should KEEP MY FINGERS CROSSED. Too unprofessional!

Steer Clear

Took three days for them to put it in the post. Product arrived too late for a birthday. Now they will not respond to my request to return it and I have to log a complaint with PayPal.

I bought the Grinder from this crook …

I bought the Grinder from this crook company. They emailed me with fake and false tracking numbers. I emailed them several attempts and asked them to cancel the order and get the full refund, they advised me to hold and hold. The item neither arrived nor I got the full refund.
I emailed again and no response received. I reported this matter to Trading Standard. Please do not trust this CROOK company, as this company is fooling their customers. Their company policy is to take money from the consumers and never return them back and not sending any products.
BE AWARE WITH THESE FRAUDULENT PEOPLE. YOU WILL WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY.
