Good experience using this company. I ordered a 3kg bag of demerara sugar from Slamtech via Amazon and unfortunately received a 5kg bag of white granulated sugar. I sent an email direct to Slamtech and they fully apologised stating human error. I was told to keep the incorrect bag I had received and they would send out the correct item. This was received the next day. We should all understand that mistakes do unfortunately happen sometimes but it is all about how the complaint is handled by the company. After my experience I wouldn't hesitate to use again or recommend them. I would also add that I have used them in the past with no issues at all.

very disappointed to see there are many many other people that have reported the same issues as me. I bought some soft drinks from this company. When they arrived the box was held together with one piece of tape and had been badly damaged.
I have been emailing them for a week asking for a replacement order, they just constantly ask the same questions and also ask very stupid ones!
I am just about to report them to Amazon, they need to be stopped!

Ordered 2 jars of honey, Slamtech provided a fake tracking number in the same area showing delivery.

I requested further information from them and they refused to help.

A pattern of bad customer service, not honouring refunds, issuing fake tracking, sending out half orders and not adhering to the Consumer Contract Regulations is aparrent from this company's feedback on Trustpilot, eBay and Amazon where they trade under Slamtech and Masters-in-tech.

I have drawn all this to the attention of Brent and Harrow Trading Standards and encourage others to do the same.

They were fined £10,000 in 2013 for consumer offences and are still treating customers the same way 7 years later. Not for much longer...

Ordered 3 X 24 cans of San Pellegrino. Only 2 X 25 arrived. Despite 4 phone calls and 4 emails, NO-ONE from Slamtech can be bothered to reply. Very poor customer service. Will be chasing up with PayPal.

I ordered 5 1ltr jugs of Kirkland maple syrup from Slamtech on Amazon and only received 1. The jug was badly packed, lid was off and broken. I sent an email via Amazon to ask where the remaining 4 were and got a response others seem to get - right quantity was sent and they wanted pictures of the label on the box. I complained to Amazon and they asked Slamtech to send the items urgently. I asked Slamtech for tracking info but none was sent. Just nonsense emails received - one claiming fault, another claiming it was delivered and to check with neighbors. I see others complain about the same thing, it’s how they operate. Avoid this seller at all costs is my advice.

The item was outstanding. Swift to send. Packaging was good.

My order came on time even with everything happening

After non delivery caused by the Royal Mail I contacted Slamtech who organised the delivery in two days. Very pleased with the service making allowance for Coronavirusand would trade with them again.

Ordered 2 cases (2x12 cans) of monster (£26.39 total).
This is well below the selling price of other companies. Would likely be looking at around £35-£40 for the same on amazon etc.
Arrived in a cellophane wrap (no box) so a couple of the cans were slightly dented. Considering they are for my own personal use, this isn’t really an issue for me. But, I’d be taking off a star or two had they been damaged to a point of being undrinkable.
Overall a positive purchase and experience in these troubling times.

Ordered arrived quite quickly even in these difficult times. Order was fine, as ordered.

I placed an order on Thursday 16th April and it arrived on Wednesday 22nd April. I was very impressed with how quick my order arrived especially given these hard times just now. The item I ordered was in excellent condition. I had never used Slamtech before but I found my overall experience with them quick, easy and hassle free. I would happily use them again.

I have used Slamtech many times and always for my unsweetened frothy coffee. I have never had a problem with the product, delivery or anything to do with our dealings. They offer good value for money and I have shared their name with friends when they are looking for items. I have never bought anything else from them but cannot fault this or previous dealings. Thank you

I purchased 60 small sachets of porridge oats from this company. I paid just under £50 for these goods. Why you may ask? My mother is 96, disabled, has a brain tumour and is partially sighted. She only eats porridge for breakfast. Understandably, the company won't accept the food item back, but so far they have not offered to refund me the £40 above the normal price that the goods cost! I am willing to give a very positive review if they do this. I am my mother's carer and I only have a part-time job to bring in money. It takes me many hours of work to earn this amount. This is a heart-felt plea to this company not to take advantage of vulnerable, elderly, incapacitated people at a time when we should be showing unity and love for each other and helping those in need.

Paid for my order and it never arrived. No dispatch information or even an email. I now have to open a dispute with PayPal as thank god I paid through them. I swear this is VERY annoying and I'm not letting it rest. Seriously, NEVER BUY FROM THESE GUYS! They are seemingly a scam company and I'm seriously annoyed that I didn't look further into them before buying from them.

Avoid. Never received item and didn't respond to email. Think this is a scam, say they sent tracked delivery but no tracking number.

Slamtech, aka Bridge over Water Ltd, were selling 6 litres of long life milk on Amazon for £55. Same product was priced on reputable companies’ sites at £6.60. People are dying, people are struggling to get basic necessities to live off, parasites are taking advantage. This company was heavily fined in 2013 after being caught selling fake branded electronics including phone chargers that could kill. Don’t take my word for it, use your favourite internet search engine to find it.

Avoid at all cost, they were selling 4 X 1 ltr bottles of lemon juice for £13.99 that don't arrive and now we have this pandemic they are selling the same 4 bottles for £58.66, racketeers.

Among other things, this company is selling Kelloggs Crunchy Nut Cornflakes at £26 a box. They are currently £3 a box in Tesco,

Price gouging on Persil washing powder during global epidemic. No more needs to be said.
