Shocking. Ordered from #Amazonuk. We ordered 3.8l of lenor gold, it came in a bottle of 3.6l with a good amount missing and brown tape round the lid. Their reply was this..
Dear customer. We would like.to inform you that the bottle is of larger capacity of which the difference is seen as empty. Thale packaging is strong and hence cant be put down to damage or leakage of the content. Regards Kelly.

What a joke it'sa smaller bottle what I ordered. How can they use that excuse. Trading standards if I don't get a refund

The VAST MAJORITY of the reviews have given the LOWEST POSSIBLE RATING….. There is obviously a reason for this. For me I did not receive the item I ordered and they tried to say they shipped the right order and then ignored me….I WILL NEVER USE THEM AGAIN.

Needed to buy a few boxes of Perrier glass bottles 330ml x24 per box. I put these in storage and drink throughout the year. I purchased on Thursday last week but only 24 hours later my long awaited hospital admission date came through. Realising I swill not be home to accept large delivery order I called Slamtech and explained my issue. They could not have been more kind, polite helpful and reacted more quickly. The gentleman who took my call saw my considerable order and said they would cancel with immediate effect and refund my bank account within minutes. This is so refreshing as I have not had quite positive service like this in many years. I was quite shocked that they sorted my issue out immediately. It was so kind and just took the worry off of my mind and I could then focus on my health issue. Not only that I received an email reply wishing me a speedy recovery and welcomed me back as a customer when better. How lovely, kind & caring. Just excellent personal service & customer care. These are a company I will trust and return to and will gladly spend money here.

This company sent me long life Milk with a use by date of 5 days and is not responding to requests for refund. It was sold through Amazon. Avoid Slamtech at all costs

Absolutely appalling. Avoid this company completely.
Ordered Marigold rubber gloves through Amazon. They sent icepops. Using the Amazon platform asked for a refund. When they eventually replied they requested a picture of the item. Again after a delay and further requests they sent a return form. Packaged up the item and put on the return form and took it to the shop. They refused to take it because the label was for up to 2kg and the icepops weighed 6.6kg. Since then they have ignored any messages I have sent. It is clear from other reviews that this is standard practice for the company. I have probably spent 3 hours at least trying to resolve this. Most people, with less time, must just give up (especially for 'just £12') At this time still unresolved.

Ordered via Amazon website for Cushelle 45 pack toilet rolls for £26.95. The y sent Guillette quilted paper retail cost about £5. Unable to instigate a refund or return as under £30 purchase price. Had to ring Amazon who instigated return and lo and behold stellar emails me saying he doesn’t know what happened as they don’t stock this cheap toilet roll. Refund underway after Evri collected their return parcel. Do not buy they are a West Midland scam artist

Tried to call numerous times , no ever seems to be there obviously this is a scam company who take your money and you never hear from them or receive the product that you ordered.

I ordered Maxwell House capuccino from Slamtech via Amazon on February 10, 2023. They took £49.98 from my account but did not deliver the product or give a refund. Amazon simply say contact seller. Has damaged my confidence in buying anything through Amazon.

Placed an order, box came just about in one piece. Emailed them and asked for returns process, got a reply fairly quickly.

I ordered 2 of the tower gifts 1 was delivered the other was not, even though tracking said it had been handed to resident? Poor communication from slamtech, i did recive a refund from Amazon though.

Ordered a tower hamper from slamtech through amazon on 13th Dec, had email on 14th December stating item has been dispatched by slamtech and will arrive on 17th Dec although amazon said I day delivery when I ordered this
No delivery on th the 17th dec so contacted amazaon and was told to contact slamtech , but no answer of emails or numerous calls to them ..
Amazon then rearranged my delivery for 19th Dec and I was told my package was going to arrive by 8 pm , I contacted amazon to confirm this and was told package has been lost ! So I've obviously been lied to by amazon and slamtech has taken my money but no package dispatched by them , but according to invoice I downloaded of amazon account it states paid and dispatched on 14th Dec
What a terrible company and none existing customer services and looks like a scam company also, why is amazon association with this company?

Ordered a Gingerbread kit, unfortunately it was damaged but a quick reply and refund from Slamtech

Bought ice pops lollies to go in freezer from Slamtech through Amazon. In the middle of this post office and rail strike. These items were delivered very quickly. Brilliant service.

Bought a batch of cream crackers they arrived promptly. Customer service was great. Highly recommended.

I ordered a 800g tub of Ovaltine to go to an address in Wales through Amazon..That was on 02/12/2022 and by 10/12/2022 ut was declared “lost”.The seller provided an incorrect Royal Mail tracking number.I won’t use them again.

Received my order on time, perfectly packed... Happy with the service received from the seller... Definitely will be buying again from Slamtech

I am frankly amazed that Amazon Prime allow this company to operate on their platform. I ordered 4 Italian Panettone from what I thought was Amazon.
They arrived the next day looking as if they had been trodden on by an elephant. One was missing-only 3 received. I really do not expect a reply from them looking at the other reviews but Trading Standards should be notified and this company banned from trading
