Fewer vans than other services. Always wait longer than other companies because they don't have vans constantly at airport. Nice people, just a smaller, less popular service. Been using for years since easier for me to get to their location from 280.

I have used Skypark for many years. For shorter trips like the one I did last weekend, it's becoming clearer to me that it would be worth paying the difference and just using the short term lot at SFO. Having to wait at the terminal and call repeatedly for a shuttle, waiting for the one shuttle to go to all the terminals and then getting to the lot and finding out that despite texting my ticket number that my car had not been brought out is not worth it. For three days the difference would be $40.00 Time is money. Sorry to have to give my business to SFO. I would suggest you use two shuttles for pick ups so it doesn't take 45 minutes for me to get my car.

I like the park by appointment concept they use. Pretty much shows that we wouldn't be waiting for our car to come out from deep within a pack of other cars when we returned from our trip.
As expected, our car was waiting for us us as we exited the shuttle after 9 days away. Well done!
Coffee and donuts for all while preparing to head to the airport, as well.

Efficient and professional— as usual!

I have to wait for a while for the tram when coming back from east coast (Norfolk VA). And yes, I called twice!!! I told them the exact location where I’m waiting. Should only take around 5 minutes . We waited for about 15 minutes!!!!Also, the tram smells bad inside. Needs to be sanitized and maintained. I’ve seen the sfo park tram 3 times made rounds, and yet, sky park tram is nowhere to be found.!! Will not use this service again!!!

Overall service and quality is very good. The attitude of all employees is very positive and customer centric. There have been various occasions where the shuttle bus has taken much longer than other competitors for pick up.

I booked skypark over online and it was very easy. And after dropping off the car I got the shuttle immediately, I didn't have to wait. On the arrival day I made a phone call and I got the shuttle service within 5 mins. And when I reached SkyPark, my car was already parked with keys, next to reception. Again, no wait time. Overall, I loved the experience. Eventhough it is value for money I would love to get more discounts when I am travelling for longer duration.

Easy drop off, cars right there in advance with their pickup system. Though their bookkeeping interface with internet reservations isn’t always on point, they make it right.

Easy access and departure with exceptionally prompt bus service with very helpful drivers and others. An easy and economical alternative to so many other options at SFO.
