** Absolutely brilliant service **

Ordered online, and was delivered same day!
Super high quality product yet very reasonably priced, fantastic customer service and very friendly to boot - what more you you ask?

As a new customer I will 100% be returning, I spoke to Will for some advice and he took time to explain various puppy products available. Will was so helpful and provided a fantastic service. I placed an order that day and to my absolute surprise my order arrived the next day, outstanding service and super fast delivery. Highly recommended, I’ve just started my puppy on skylos to upgrade from what the breeder gave us, we are currently mixing his original kibble with skylos but so far so good!

Skylos is the absolute best dry food out there! Will took the time to speak to us at length before changing over. Hendrix and Evie (1 year old and 11 year old) both love the food and clear their bowls every meal time. Evie was always previously a fussy eater, she’s now borderline greedy. At 11 years old she has a new spring in her step. Both working cockers with lovely shiny healthy coats. Would thoroughly recommend the salmon oil and seaweed/parsley too - and there’s a great choice of natural treats too.

I had such support from Skylos, when I was so concerned about our puppy and her upset tummy. The help and advice was invaluable and the recommended food arrived so quickly so we could change her diet and she loves it. 100% recommend this company

My lab loves Skyloss! However my fussy dog was being fussy on this particular bag of food. I got in touch to see what I could do with this 15kg of dog food that was likely to be a waste. I missed the managers calls a couple times and next thing I know I have a personal delivery of a small bag of kibble and dog pate left with instructions. All free of charge! He’s now wolfing it down!

Skyloss clearly have the experience and knowledge to know the solutions to any fussy animal and within 5 hours of my email have sorted my situation at no cost. Don’t think I’ve had such a personable, helpful, generous, willing service. I’ve told so many people 😂! This is the first review I’ve ever left anywhere, but people who are looking need to know these guys run a perfect reliable dog food buisness.

The Skylos team are kind, knowledgeable, and genuine dog lovers. We switched our dog onto Skylos food 4 years ago, and we haven't looked back since. He has had a sensitive belly in the past, but never has any issues with Skylos and it keeps his coat lovely. Our dog has the adult large breed turkey/salmon and does really well on it.
No hesitation recommending this brand. Great people, and great dog food.

Fantastic food and immaculate customer service.

Our whippet LOVES all things Skylos. He is fed the Roaming Chicken and has been happy and healthy on this for 5 years now – though we probably should vary the flavours for him! His coat is like velvet and is often commented upon.
He also adores the rabbit ears and pizzles – the smellier the better!
Delivery is always prompt and accurate. Thank you Skylos.

My dogs have been eating skylos since puppies, they love their food and get so excited when I get the tub out. Skylos have a comprehensive range of treats & supplements which my hounds have tried most of. Great poo bags too.

I've even switched my cat to skylos as well!

I was recommended to Skylos by my daughter, who has been having Skylos food for over 6 years for her three dogs. So when I got my greyhound 6 years ago I immediately put her on your biscuits. I have had absolutely no problem with her at all, especially toilet wise. She has occasionally the rolls of meat to mix with her biscuits and woofs it down. The comment from the Labrador owner sounds crazy, as normally Labradors are food monsters. I would recommend Skylos food and the team, who are very quick with delivery, to anyone with dogs.

I have been using skylos for my 13 yr old dachshund, 7 yr old working cocker and 3 yr Labrador for 6-7 years now. They absolutely love it as does their stomachs too. I remember will and Mel (skylos team) saying you should be able to kick their solid poo. We have had solid poo for 6/7 years now thanks to their delicious food. They all have lovely glossy coats too. I can’t rate this food and skylos Team enough. I’m always having to call them as I run out and they deliver it same day. Excellent food, treats advice and service. Love it.

Our Springer, Luna has been on Skylos dog foods for around 4 years. She loves the variety in flavours - we tend to choose a different one each month.

All the treats are delicious (according to Luna!) and all foods are grain free - brilliant food and always excellent service from the team.

Our 13 year old Labrador loves her Skylos. She has been on for four years now. Just had her annual MOT at the vets which she passed with flying colours. Thanks guys !

Bought this for my Labrador as he’d eaten the samples happily. After a couple of meals eaten very slowly he refused to eat it again. He’s never refused food before eats almost anything but not Skylos. I am left with 15kg of food he won’t touch.

I’ve got a Labrador that eats everything (he’s not fussed if he’s allowed to eat it or not). He ate this initially but now he won’t touch Skylos food. After him leaving it for over a day I had to change his food and wasted 15kg of this. He’s also developed really bad dermatitis around his ears.

Met these guys locally at a market stall, tried the snacks for our spaniel and well he loved them...to be fair he will literally eat anything.

We then moved him onto their senior food and he seems to be doing well on it - the service is always great so happy to recommend.

Amazing company. Delivers within 48 hours. Strong paper packaged. The food is of excellent quality and amazing for dogs with allergies,Had amazing results with the venison variety on my dog that's allergic to just about everything.

Amazing customer service. I ordered at 11.30pm and it was delivered by 9am the next day. I don't think it could of been delivered any faster. My dog loves the food and it definitely helps out with his digestion. Always friendly with great advice and samples to try when I visit the stall at the market.

Our Labrador was transitioned to Skylos foods after a recommendation from a family member. We thought he may have a food allergy and after being put on Royal Canin AnAllergenic he was still suffering from ear infections and loose stools.

We couldn't help but feel that the ingredients in the food were not natural or nutritional, and so took the step to transition him.
We followed the two week rule and noticed an immediate difference, his stools became noticeably solid and darker in colour - from orange to brown.
His ear infections have now stopped and his coat is beautiful on the "Large Breed Superb Salmon".

The bags are up to 15Kg and so last longer and save us a lot of money compared to his previous food.

We can't fault the company who have superb customer service, we were sent samples to make sure our Labrador liked the food and to test any allergies. The food was ordered before midday and arrived the following day. And if you feel like a more personal touch they travel to Farmer Markets across the country, or just give them a call.

I really can't recommend this company enough they have changed our Labradors life for the better and we will now be life long customers.
