Our experience today with rich in the touchwood shopping centre was really good, he was lovely to speak to and was very helpful and had really good advice.

I would like to give the highest praise…

I would like to give the highest praise to your colleague Wayne. He has gone above and beyond to help me. I had had a traumatic brain injury and so I couldn’t have done this without the kindness and knowledge of Wayne who has such a calm and lovely way about him. He is the best thing since sliced bread please do give him my thanks. Greg Weston

Kieran was very supportive

Kieran was very supportive. He was patient with all of our (many) questions! He explained everything fully. He took the time to ask us personal questions and even remembered us from previously. He was well mannered, informative and has excellent people skills.

Brilliant service and advice

We visited Sky at Solihull, Birmingham today and we received excellent service and advice. Wez took excellent care of our needs and got us all organised effortlessly to set sky up in our new home. He even helped my husband with his long frustration of his mobile not connecting to the internet outside of our home - he was delighted to now be able to surf the web while on the mobile. Wez was exceptional and a true ambassador for Sky and the delivery of customer excellence. Thank you Wez.

They even help existing customers!

Wes helped me not only reduce my broadband speed but put me on a new package that doubled the speed! All the team are great. I’m an existing Sky customer so I didn’t think they could help, but Wes was excellent. If you are in touchwood go have a chat with them.

Came to see what offers were on with Sky in touchwood today and Wayne helped us find a brilliant deal and helped us get signed up in less than 15 minutes. Thank you for sorting us out, if your in Touchwood and need help with Sky, go and ask for Wayne.
