Edward was very helpful

Edward was really helpful with getting my phone set up and my broadband and TV package done.
He was kind and very patient, and I enjoyed conversation with him. I will be staying with sky because he is a great representation of this companies values.

Ayo is fantastic

Ayo is fantastic, got a great new deal including new tv for the same as I was paying monthly before….and I only popped out for a bit of food shopping!
Ayo is really friendly and helpful and explained everything clearly.

Ayo was extremely helpful and patient throughout the whole process. He helped me change my broadband package and clearly explained all the terms and conditions.

He is a great retail sales adviser and provided excellent customer service. I would recommend Sky to my family and friends because of the positive experience I had with him.

Customer service was 100%

Customer service was 100%. Staff were very warm and friendly (thank you tamia & jenny) they answered all my questions. Were lovely and was very confident with my purchase and I demand a raise for them. Thank you sky!
