My contract was renewed by sky without my knowledge or approval and when I wanted to cancel sky sports there was a charge of £60. I have therefore moved to another provider. Skys contract cancellation charges are punishingly high!

Activating Discovery +

We went into the store as I couldn't speak to someone via website or app as it was saying my email was wrong when trying to activate Discovery +.
The sales guy called Paul helped with this straight away and got us up and running! We were told initially "everyone comes in about it" and there's nothing you can do!
Well ask for Paul! He was a diamond

Kirsty was amazing

Kirsty was amazing - really nice to see shop staff engaging with my daughter. Made us feel really at ease. We purchased sky stream which just started as a quote to compare to an offer I had seen through work. 0 pressure applied from Kirsty but fantastic service and couldn’t recommend her more!!

Great service

HI , LAUREN , KRIS AT THE SKY SHOP IN THE METRO CENTRE TODAY , AND ALSO LAST WEEK. COULD NOT HAVE BEEN MORE HELPFUL. ESPECIALLY LAUREN , WHO WAS EXTREMELY POLITE , AND KNOWLEDGEABLE. " ONE CAN NOT IMPROVE UPON PERFECTION " . I HONESTLY , HAVE NEVER MET A MORE HELPFUL PERSON , IN MY ENTIRE LIFETIME. THANKYOU TO ALL THE TEAM. KIND REGARDS , STEVEN HUTCHINSON.

Wonderful customer service

My sales advisor Kirsty was amazing. She was extremely helpful, really polite and very competent. I've made the switch from EE broadband and mobile to Sky today, and it was because of the wonderful customer service I received from Kirsty. Thank you very much for your help.

Great service and saved us money

Dealt with Kirsty today in store, Kirsty was lovely very approachable and friendly. We came in store with an issue with our sky Ariel. Kirsty changed our box and upgraded our broadband all while saving us money each month. Great service, thank you.
