Went to see Mike he is amazing I would definitely recommend him

My experience today at the skycustomerhub in Stockport Mersey way has been nothing but fantastic..Mike the sales advisor was really helpful and went the extra mile to get my new iPhone up and running ..also his attention to detail and getting me through the process was excellent ..as a sky customer Mike went above and beyond to solve my problem today which he did today ..would highly recommend Mike to anyone who’s looking to get new phone or sky products which Mike went through all products with myself ..will definitely recommend Mike to family and friends

I was introduced to sky by on a referafriend sign up in Stockport Mersey Way centre by a very close friend who has TV broadband and mobile, my friend had previously referred other friends
He was told in stockport the more you refer you and your friends receive vouchers to spend, well No Vouchers ever appear! I spoke to the guys in Stockport to be told you reveive them after you pay your first bill,No Vouchers appear, I ask again, I was told you receive them after 45 days, No Vouchers appear, I ask again I was told Its after 60 days, No Vouchers appear efter 3 bills paid ,I spoke to a helpful guy Faisal in Stockport he checked all my details were correct, the advisors can not fulfill voucher requests, they just use the voucher offer as a selling tool, he pounted me in the way of the referafriend department,I have been emailing this department back and forth and I am in disbelief at the utter nonsense they come out with ,
At first they were asking me to check my spam box,then clear my cache backwards and forwards ,they told me my friend had receieved his voucher ,then they told me the vouchers were out of stock ,its 2026 ,not 1956 we live in a digital universe not a paper universe,I told them this was be some selling scam and I will email theit CEO and contact trading strandards as my friend has received no vouchers, they asked for all his details name address account details etc also mine, after this email they told me to contact customer service, it sadly seems sky are now like Ryan Air and are so big there care about money not customer service, they sell to you and service over, I called customer service, I was told my voucher was in pending and my friend had received his one month ago,No voucher has been received, the advisor said mine would be sent in 7 to 10 days, no vouchers ever appeared he then went on to try to sell me a TV package, I do not have a TV or want one ,I doubt I will be the last to complain and It will not improve

Went to sky in Stockport precinct to get info on switching from virgin media to sky.I was initially hesitant but Mike made me relax.he knew what he was talking about and got me a good deal.his manner and knowledge were five star.sky have got a star and I would recommend him to anyone in the Stockport area who is thinking of switching providers to go to Mike .he is an absolute gem👍

Every member of staff I have dealt with in Stockporr has been exceptionally wonderful.
I have recommended other friends twice to change providers for broadband / phone. They too are delighted.
On this occasion I dealt with Faisal.
His knowledge of products is superb. He explains things so well. You leave feeling totally assured of everything. Safe knowing both him and the staff will be there to help if follow up is needed.
Sky should be delighted with the staff that work there.
