Without a shadow of a doubt in all the years I have had to ask for support and help from a Sky representative, Steve was the most patient, dedicated and helpful in every aspect of what I needed with regards to an upgrade. I thank him so very much for his patience, his kindness, but mainly for his customer service skills, his understanding and more importantly, his manner to which I would 100% recommend any person to go and see for assistance in the future. Ryan was really helpful as I had previously seen an advert online. So when I saw him in Merry Hill I asked about it and he was very knowledgeable and set it up for us. Good service and value for money. Thank you!

Dan was really helpful

Dan was really helpful, gave us great understanding, the benefits to swapping from EE to sky, no doubts. Ease of transitioning from one provider to the next, and as a customer it was an all round great experience.
