Sky advisor sold me sky stream without my knowledge. I came in after a new phone and she said I would get phone but a sky stream arrived at my home. Sky advisor is Annette and I wouldn’t recommend

Outstanding Service from Jedir at Sky Store!

I had an absolutely fantastic experience at the Sky Store, and I would especially like to commend Jedir for the exceptional customer service.

Jedir was incredibly professional, friendly, patient, knowledgeable, and genuinely committed to making sure I was completely satisfied. From the moment I arrived, I felt welcomed and valued as a customer. He took the time to listen carefully, understand what I needed, and explain everything clearly without making me feel rushed or pressured.

What stood out most was his excellent attitude and willingness to go the extra mile. His professionalism, attention to detail, and customer-focused approach are a real credit to Sky. It is refreshing to encounter someone who takes such pride in providing outstanding service.

Jedir represents the very best of what customer service should be about — courteous, knowledgeable, helpful, efficient, and genuinely caring.

I would highly recommend the Sky Store, and particularly Jedir, to anyone looking for a first-class customer experience. Sky is fortunate to have someone like him on the team.

Annette was amazing from start to…

Annette was amazing from start to finish. She talked us through everything. She upsold us a few items which was great. She has amazing customer service and is an asset to the Sky Team here at Market street store!
