Bulk tops not good
Ordered bulk tops and most of the box had dirty tops with a blue film or substance on them. I reported it and sent them pictures yet no replacements sent yet. Apparently I also need to send samples and wait for the tops I should have gotten. I just want the tops I should have gotten. Usually I have no problems with their products and I like the jars I get from SKS.

We do plan on sending replacements for this order and had been waiting on some feedback regarding return samples of the caps with quality issues. My order was taken over the phone because I couldn’t get the website to work correctly. But everything still came out great and my order was delivered in a very timely manner regardless. It arrived two days earlier than expected.
