CS seems nice but…
CS seems nice, but they give inaccurate info. Order was to ship same day or following day, but took 4 days to ship. When we called, CS agent didnt even attempt to rectify issue or speed process. Even worse: Same product sold by competitors at lower shipped price.

So Sad
I placed my order a week or so ago. I had to wait a while for them to put it together and then I received a notification that a shipping label has been created, but thats it. They have not gotten it to UPS to ship it out. My order sits in limbo somewhere. IDK what happened with this company. They use to be quick and efficient. Not so much these days.

We do not collect charges for customs or import fees here at SKS so if you see a fee collected on an SKS transaction please contact us at customersupport@sks-bottle.com or give us a call at 518-880-6980 ext 1. UPS or customs brokers may collect their own fees for clearing the border that are not associated with SKS.
Small order, fulfilled quickly and efficiently.
I just needed several dozen small jars, and was able to order them easily. Delivery was speedy. All went well.
