I get bikini laser hair removal by Oprah. I love going to my appointments! She is very professional and makes you feel comfortable.

I still have not finished all my sessions and I barely have any hair.

So happy with the results so far

I visited Skn yesterday in Liverpool. I had the best experience. The location, the services and the team are all great.
I was there to meet their medical Dr Parveen and that was the icing on the cake.

Chelsie, from the Middlesbrough branch, has been covering at the Newcastle branch and has been excellent. She clearly works very hard to keep the Newcastle clinic organised. I also had my treatment with her and found her to be very friendly, professional, and approachable.

My only concern with the Newcastle branch is the waiting time before appointments. On both occasions I attended, I experienced significant delays. The first time I waited almost an hour before being called in, and the second visit involved a wait of around 45 minutes. While I understand that appointments can occasionally overrun, this appears to be a recurring issue rather than an isolated incident, which can be quite frustrating. The branch seems quite chaotic with a small waiting area.

Unfortunately, the delay during my second appointment also resulted in me receiving a parking fine due to the additional time spent at the clinic.

Aside from the waiting times, the staff are friendly and welcoming, and Chelsie in particular provides an excellent service and delivers treatments professionally.

Aine, Claire and Dr Hosur we so welcoming and accommodating to all of my questions, even squeezing me in early and post appointment getting me back in to ensure I had everything I needed. When you doing something a little scary like a full body mole check having lovely, warm, professional people around really makes it seem less daunting. Thank you for being so lovely.

Dr Tracy was thorough, knowledgeable, and quick to find the best treatment solution for me. Everything was explained clearly, and I am very pleased with the initial results. Excellent service.

This review was previously negative due to my experiences with Faith, who tried to do the bare minimum for me and ended up falling short of even that, however I found that through the call centre and talking to the staff you can make sure to only book with the competent staff members - personally I have found I can only trust Milisa for my laser hair removal, as she really cares about my results and always makes sure to do her job properly to provide the treatment I need, and with great kindness.

Of more than 5 different laser practitioners, Milisa from this clinic was, with zero exaggeration, the most thorough, kind, and caring practitioner I have ever had for any treatment. She made sure I stretched every part, and thoroughly zapped all of the treatment area, including parts I hadn't even thought of or had zapped before, and my results from that session are amazing so far. Her use of the laser was clearly skilled and thorough. She was very sympathetic and responsive to my needs. This isn't an expectation or requirement I'd have for anyone, but Milisa has an outstandingly warm presence, she is pleasantly lighthearted while still being very professional, attentive, and highly competent, and she genuinely really brightened up my day. Even if I were to ignore all that, she gave me the best treatment I could have hoped for. I hope sk:n Manchester recognises how good of an employee Milisa is and gives her the compensation she deserves.

I always had skin issues, mostly acne, when I am was younger, but never did much about it. I’m in my 40’s and decided to try some procedures specifically for my acne as cars and pigmentation. I saw Grace at the Chiswick Branch and she guided me through all the available options for my hyperpigmentation/ scars. I already had a 4 peels plus home treatment, and have to say my skin looks much better, less dull with a brighter complexion, and significant improvement of my hyperpigmentation. Grace has been amazing and I do recommend her if you are in need of skin adviser/consultant.

Was informed by a second dermatologist that I was operated on with an active infection. I was not notified.
A few months post op the infection started to "expel". Was criticized for not coming in immediately (the doctor is only in on Wednesdays. I requested an appointment the Thursday I noticed). They didn't even have my appointment down initially. I had to come in on a Saturday in person to verify (as they have difficulties answering the phone).
Scar is currently developing into keloid (on my face). Had to go to a second dermatologist to attempt to resolve.
Feeling really self conscious about the scar. Lost a lot of confidence.

Skn clinic really is a lovely place, nice atmosphere and great personnel. Aine in particular, has really made my session for tattoo removal wonderful. She is caring and patient with clients and is a delight to be around

I had a fantastic experience with Hannah for my tattoo removal. She explained the whole process clearly, answered all my questions, and set realistic expectations, which I really appreciated. The treatment itself was handled with great care, and Hannah consistently made sure I was comfortable throughout.
