I got a treatment prescription from…
I got a treatment prescription from Wolverhampton Skins and subsequently purchased the prescribed products I was initially informed that usually arrives within a week
It’s more than a week now and no tracking information was attached to my Emaokef invoice to enable me check the progress of my prescription this is quite frustrating
Phones hardly get answered !

I had a facial treatment with Chloe…
I had a facial treatment with Chloe today and it was such a wonderful experience. She made me feel completely relaxed from the moment I walked in and was incredibly patient throughout the entire session. Chloe checked in with me during the treatment to make sure I was comfortable, which I really appreciated. She’s always so friendly, kind, and professional. I highly recommend Chloe—she’s not only warm and welcoming, but also very thorough and attentive. A truly great therapist!

I just wanted to take a moment to share my appreciation for Chloe. She is truly amazing—so friendly and kind, and she always puts me at ease during my treatments. I really appreciate how she consistently checks in to make sure I’m comfortable, asking if I’m okay to continue or if I need a break.
I would highly recommend Skin for all treatments. It’s the only place I trust for my treatments, and Chloe makes the experience even better.

Very friendly and medically safe treatment
The three members of staff I met were all very friendly and helpful. Dr Odeke who did my surgery to remove a cyst in my neck, worked hard to make me feel relaxed and reassured, covering all steps in the process. I had the surgery 2 weeks ago and the stitches came out today. The scar is looking very neat and minimal and I’m sure it will fade with time.

We acknowledge the situation that you find yourself in and the disappointment that you will be feeling regarding the sudden closure of the sk:n clinics on 17th July 2024 when the Sk:n Group went into liquidation.
I wish to clarify that Lorena Cosmetics Holdings SPV Limited purchased the business assets only from the Sk:n Group. For the avoidance of doubt, Lorena Cosmetics Holdings SPV Limited were not the recipient of the fee paid by you for services rendered previously by the Sk:n Group. We therefore must advise you that we are unable to provide you with a refund or to honour your treatment previously purchased from Sk:n Group.
For treatment purchased with a credit or debit card, there may be potential option to recover your money through your banking provider and we recommend contacting them directly at the earliest opportunity. Let us know if you require any support in your interactions with your finance provider.
Alternatively, further information for creditors can be found on the Gov.UK website (https://www.gov.uk/government/news/five-skn-group-companies-in-liquidation-information-for-patients-employees-and-creditors). You will be required to register as a creditor and complete a Proof of Debt form which should then be emailed to skn-hmg@insolvency.gov.uk. I can confirm that the court have appointed Official Receiver, Joseph Sullivan, as liquidator of the Sk:n Group.
We have worked hard to recruit as many of the previous companies’ employees as we recognise that they are best placed to serve the existing clients. Along with our expertise in delivering a high level of patient care and satisfaction, we are committed to improving on the service level that clients were provided. We actively encourage you to support the staff we have offered employment to through entrusting them with your healthcare needs.
We sincerely hope that you can successfully reclaim any funds which you are due regarding procedures not performed. We also hope that you will elect to choose sk:n clinics and our fantastic patient focused employees for any future treatments that you wish to undertake.

Had irritating mole removed at the Compton Clinic. All went well. Returned two weeks later to have to stitches
out. Glad to get rid of a very irritating male that I have had for many years

I have been going to these guys for a while now .. My treatment is done by Kalsea who is fantastic.. She talks and makes you feel comfortable.. The session goes so quick and you don't even realise you are under laser treatment, which makes it less painful... Highly recommend these guys..
