Honestly the best airsoft shop I have dealt with, and will be the only place I will shop with unless out of stock of something I desperately need.
Deliveries are surprisingly fast and they do have a good customer service, just give them time.
Was contacted for not filling in my full shipping address, which was great. Contacted again for an item that went out of stock on my order and wasn't due in for a few days, I was happy to wait then out of the blue it arrived the day after they received it instore. Just fantastic.
I've read a few negative reviews and they seem to be mostly before the new owners took over, so well done Skirmshop on getting these fantastic staff in, would highly recommend these guys for your airsoft parts.

I bought a NEW regulator from Skirmshop. It was defective the first time I used it. It always increased the pressure automatically from 100psi to 160psi. On request, I was first told to repair it myself at my own expense and later I was insulted because I didn't want to repair the NEW device myself (it's easy to do, of course, but I don't accept defective new goods and certainly not a repair at my own expense) I was advised to play AEG or Sniper :D
I've never experienced a store selling faulty goods and having to beg for a replacement.
But at least I was offered a refund at the end. Fortunately, the manufacturer has already stepped in.

Mega blij met de service van Skirmshop. In mijn enthousiasme was ik bij het bestellen vergeten om een kortingscode te gebruiken. Na even contact te hebben gehad met de service afdeling werd alsnog de korting terug gestort!

I ordered a lot of tunig stuff for my new Tac41a. All was delivered very fast to me (Germany) it only took 2 days.

I had a small issue with a missing part, after a short mail, everything was directly sent without any issues. This is customer support at its best.

I can highly recommend this shop. Fair prices, superb customer support and good products.

From their web site to delivery on my door step, they have provided excellent customer service. Perfect communications, perfect products and the products were very carefully wrapped for delivery. I will definitely be using them again in the future
