The first aid course was great Dec and Charlotte fantastic for me who struggles to learn when talked at but they made it fun see you in 3 years

Really good fire marshal training. Colin was a great instructor and delivered the course at a pace that suited the group, while keeping all of the content relevant and easy to understand.

There was plenty of opportunity for group discussion and questions, which made the session engaging and practical rather than just listening to someone talk at you.

I came away from the training feeling confident and well prepared to undertake my duties as a fire marshal. Would definitely recommend.

A fantastically planned out day with a mix of activities, theory & tests (without stress)! I was trained by Oleg & he was superb! We covered all things old & new (where new practices have taken over old guidance) and he was incredibly friendly, helpful & efficient!

Very good course I gained a lot of information the course trainer Kat was fantastic and I was so happy to pass the course.

The experience was very hands on, and had a very good balance of class room knowledge, and using that knowledge to best equip ourselves in some real world scenarios.

James the first aid instructor was amazing! The guidance and care he showed towards every member of the group when training was second to none and a real credit to St John Ambulance!

The course was well structured and delivered perfectly by the trainer. There was just the right amount of hands-on and discussion training. The premises were easy to get to, clean and welcoming, and very organised. Everything you could need was catered for, with a small kitchen area with tea/coffee making facilities, fridge, microwave etc.

Very professional and well organised training highly recommend

Genuinely enjoyed the course last week. Great group and our trainer Emma was amazing and kept us all engaged. Very interactive activities which made the learning experience fun and informative 😀

From start to finish was so interesting

I did the first aid at work one day course at Brighton Hollingbury.
Our trainer Oleg was great and engaged well with everyone. The course was informative and although it is a serious topic it was also light hearted and fun at times. There was lots if information during the course but this can be revisited at any time by using the app which we were told was available during the course. I
I would recommend this training centre to anyone looking at doing a first aid course

I was very please with the training I got even that it was a refresher I still learn a lot it was quiet alot in 2 days but all ok

An in depth course with a friendly atmosphere. The practical exercises were especially instructive. Laurence was very knowledgeable and experienced adding valuable insight and real life examples.

I think poor mental health can and will effect us all in one way or another whether we like to believe it or not. This course really opens your eyes to just how far‑reaching it can be, but also how it can be supported.
Ross delivered the course very well and as a mental health first aider I now feel more comfortable dealing with situation that may arise in the workplace, but also in my personal life.

The in-person training was great, our trainer was friendly, presented the information in an easy to follow and engaging manner. However some parts of the online training contradicted the in-person info (eg check for pain in the ears vs tapping on the chest).
That being said, I think the blended course worked well overall and saved me time with balancing work and school runs etc. Most of all, I feel confident in my basic first aid skills.

Both Lewis and Sharon were very brilliant trainers. They took their time to explain further where one does not get it the first time. I now have a sound knowledge of what it takes to be a confident First Aider.
