The item advertised was in NO WAY what was delivered. This in my opinion is a chinese scam company. To return the absolutely atrocious product, you have to post to China, which costs nearly as much as the product. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.

Still awaiting delivery after nearly 3weeks. Keep being told goods are in transit but nothing arrives.Absolute dreadful company to contact. We should all stop buying online, if we did it would help our High Street shops where we could buy with confidence. I am hoping that my bank will help me get my money back, it did once before.

If I could rate -5 that would be more accurate. I ordered a pair of heavy duty cargo trousers, brown. I got a pair of brown trousers with a patch on the sides. They look like the sort of trousers you would get on a toy doll. What an absolute ripp off!!! ..avoid do not buy from here..

This company is the worst of the worst when it comes to being fraudulent the shoes arrive around three weeks later considering it stated 2 to 3 days...I will strongly advise ALL DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY UK SITE CHINA BASE with a whole lot of junk....
I received a full refund within minutes after I put in a claim and the photos from the site and what i actually received..Paypal thank you for your integrity and recognising the behaviour of this site

Another Chinese scam company pretending to be a London fashion brand. No mention of China on website, just a fake 'About us' section describing London based designers. I ordered utility cargo trousers with various features in size 32. Pictures were fake. I received cheap synthetic work trousers, no style no pockets or reinforced seams etc. No labels other than 'M'.Company will refund price if customer pays for tracked return to China. I sent several emails asking for prepaid return as their policy says customer does not fund return if wrong goods sent. They keep same response that I should pay return. Credit card doesn't do charge back for quality issues.

Please do not order from this company!!!
Ordered some trainers and they sent the wrong size, after several emails they sent the return policy, which gives you a choice of 3 options
1 they will give you 20% and donate the item to charity or
2 offer 50% of your next order like ordering from them is going to happen or
3 fill in the return process, after spending time filling in etc and printing off to take back to the post office, they tell you it’s £6.95 shipping fee wrong because the address is going back to china not the uk the cheapest return cost was £26.10 !!! Absolutely disgusting. So when they advertise on their site no hassle returns do not believe this. I will never recommend the company to anyone. Be warned

Worst online clothing shop. Advertised as Sistrow London, but are entirely China based. Products are total crap, nothing like adverts. I ordered some cargo trousers, took 5 weeks to arrive and cheap, nasty and thin material. Asked their .co.uk customer service for a refund and they said I had to pay for return postage (to China).DO NOT BUY FROM THESE CROOKS!

Why can't I give no stars??
This is nothing but a scam.
How are sites like this allowed to operate??

It makes buying online less and less attractive.

Ordered a pair of working canvas trousers, they looked great on the advert, 8 weeks later they arrived, so disappointed, they were of a viscose fabric not canvas, so cheaply made, I have never seen utter rubbish like it, I have emailed the customer service, surprised I got a response, the company is in China surprise ! The website is showing fabulous garments but on arrival you will experience something so very different

Do not what ever you do do not waste your money on crap from sistrow brought utility trouser ,they were more like what my mum used to wear in the 70s , waited so long for them to turn up just wasnt worth it ,STAY CLEAR i cant express this enough total rip off ,do not buy anything off them

Put in an order for a pair of durable heavyweight cotton canvas trousers.
After nearly two weeks, I received them on Saturday 16th May & what a shock was to see they were not the trousers advertised.
The trousers were poor quality & were not cotton but polyester. Looked like something from the 70s but without the flares. It looked
like it was made in a sweat shop.
I sent an email on the day I received. Yesterday, they sent out another pair of trousers & they were on a par with the first pair of trousers that I got but they were of a nylon material of sorts. I wouldn't wear these trousers in public because that's how embarrassing it would be.
Why isn't this company investigated & closed down. Anybody thought about contacting the Advertising Standards Authority ?

I purchased 'Durable Utility Trousers with Cargo Pockets'. What turned up were the flimsiest cheapest quality lightweight excuse for trousers I've ever seen, almost hilarious but the returns policy requires you to send them back to China at your own expence, not so funny. My advice - don't buy from Sistrow.

Item is a million miles from what was advertised.

Cheap, thin material, colour completely different and quality is non existent!

Sistrow Appalling cheap quality garments not windproof not waterproof very disappointed Sistrow advertise quality garments . On there web site. Very Flimsy material. Stitching very poor . Takes over 4 weeks to arrive. Don't waste your money and time on Sistrow . I never leave reviews. But absolutely crap clothing. From Sistrow I, 100% agree with the other disappointed customers. Who have bought from this company. Absolutely ridiculous rubbish. DO NOT USE . Sistrow.

If I could I would give no stars. DO NOT BUY. This site is a fake site. The cargo trousers appeared to be a photo shoot in uk (Costwolds look) and high quality, they took 1-month to arrive and are worthless cheap (and I mean cheap) and are nothing like the photos, quality expected, or product ordered. I will contact standards trading reference this site.

Did not receive what was advertised, material totally different, notice reviews say the same, cheap imports- will never use again

I received a pair of work trousers which are nothing like the advertised ones. They are the cheapest piece of rubbish I have ever received. They are supposed to be hard wearing work trousers. They've only got 2 pockets. The material is nasty cheap plastic. Now I'll have to fight to get my money back. Don't buy from Sistrow.

Scam....picture looked like heavy duty canvas trousers, description said same...what arrived was a thin stretchy poly material, crazy cut and size, no labels to confirm material....this is just a scam.
They offered.me 50 percent refund and no need to return. So their business model is to send out pennies worth of product and when you challenge it, they offer half a refund to hope you go away. Still keeping what is a significant profit for a scam.

Ordered 2 pairs. Two weeks ago, 1 Black & 1 White pair. No invoice. No tracking number given. Enquired after 7 days & response to my enquiry, saying 1 to 3 days to receive them excluding weekends. They arrived today two weeks later. 2 pairs in black. They did not come from Holland but a place in London & not the greatest quality. Nothing in the parcel to identify a return address so a very disappointing purchase. Lesson learnt. Be very careful if considering a purchase from this company & Write all the details down.

Do not be fooled by there e mail which ends in .co.uk this is a chinese company. Do not order from this company i ordered a pair of heavy duty combat mens trousers at a cost of £31 amd what i received was a pair of viscose trouser. They then offered me a 20% refund or 50% off another item why would i buy something else?? The cost of return was £26.10 which i have done as its the principle of it. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE
