I used Simply Eco to have my boiler replaced under the boiler replacement grant scheme, and would highly recommend them to anyone thinking of doing the same.

The turnaround time was brilliant! The whole process took approximately six weeks from submitting my initial enquiry to having a new boiler installed. They arranged for a survey to ensure my home qualified for the grant.

The survey identified additional steps that needed completing such as insulation being needed in the loft and that trickle vents needed to be installed to improve ventilation in some rooms. Simply Eco arranged for this work to be completed as part of the grant prior to the boiler being installed. The team that came to complete this part of the work were wonderful, super polite, friendly and helpful. They completed the work quickly and to a high standard. I had been worried about the appearance of the trickle vents on the windows, but they are very discreet and do not look out of place at all.

The team that came to install my boiler were also wonderful. I had to rush out for an appointment, and they were really understanding that I needed to leave straight away. They were even considerate enough to fill up the kettle before turning the water off so that when I got home, I was able to make a brew!

When the boiler instillation was booked in, I was given the option of having the new boiler installed in a different location. The new boiler was installed in the airing cupboard in my bathroom rather than in the kitchen. This has given me extra space in the kitchen and in the airing cupboard in the bathroom.

I was so impressed with the team installing the boiler they worked really hard (on one of the hottest days of the year) and had all the work completed in one day! Including removing the old boiler, old hot water cylinder, running new pipes, and decommissioning the water tanks in the loft etc. They made sure that everything was working fully before they left, such as making sure every radiator was heating up properly, that the hot water was running, all the taps were working etc. They also made sure that I knew how to use everything including the app for boiler, and the thermostat.

It was clear the team installing the boiler knew what they were doing and took pride in their work. Where the old boiler was removed, they filled in all the holes both inside and outside of my house, I was especially impressed with how they patched the holes outside from the old boiler, it is hardly noticeable. They cleaned up after themselves took away all the rubbish, even swept the kitchen floor!

The customer service/compliance team at Simply Eco also need a mention, they explained everything at each stage, kept me informed and responded promptly. Every person I spoke with was polite, professional and just easy and pleasant to deal with!

The whole process of replacing the old gas boiler and upgrading the insulation and ventilation in the bungalow was completed on time. The staff were excellent on all departments and extremely hard working! Well done!

There was a little stall in between be approved to the work being booked in due to government changes but all in all. The men arrived when they said they would. We’re polite and courteous. The work was completed to a high standard and I haven’t had any problems.

Just had a new boiler fitted by eco the engineer was very professional and efficient . The work was of a good quality standard and really pleased .

The worst company I have ever had to deal with.. they sent someone out to check for a new boiler told me I needed to install fans also they sent someone out who had no clue in what he was doing told me he didn’t know anywhere he could install the fans in the kitchen so then the company said sorry we can’t fit your boiler.. I managed to push for them to make a plan they made an agreement to move my boiler told a different place when the day came the fitters could not fit them were intended so moved it somewhere completely inconvenient and took them a process of 4 days instead of 1 and alot of work.. for the electrician to come and say I don’t know what the problem was I could of fitted a fan no problem In here and there was no need to fit the boiler elsewhere.. the electrician has fitted a fan that doesn’t even turn on and he also fitted me a new one in my bathroom he was messing with my electric board and the second after he left my shower is now not working.. I rang the company they will not take responsibility for either of these issues and have told me I will have to pay for them to come out even though they are at fault not to mention anytime I have called this company people have been so so rude towards me! I find this incredibly un professional as they kept sending out people who had no clue what they was doing then blaming me for faults left behind!!

Under The Eco 4 scheme We had a Worcester Bosch Combi boiler installed, with a new programmer and thermostat, and a magnetic filter. They also fitted radbot thermostatic radiator valves.
The boiler was installed by Abdul Misba and his team who did a very neat job and were very easy to communicate with. Our dealings with various people from Simply Eco were all very easy, with good communication, both on the phone and via emails. We would recommend this company.

After many months waiting for finance I was very pleased with the speed and efficiency of the gang. Everyone was very cheerful and respectful. Only one possible problem. The next morning, my shower drain pump wasn’t working and I flooded the bathroom.

Had a combi boiler fitted and our engineer was very professional and efficient. There was a lot of work involved because of removing an old back boiler. The work was done to a high standard and when there was an issue with low gas pressure which was out of his control, the relevant people were contacted and the issue was resolved.
