They said they would resend
Still not received mid March

If I could give this 0 stars I would. I order almost a month before X-mas...never received my mug. They sent another that was not delivered either. When I requested reimbursement they tell me that they will need to take the shipping costs out of the reimbursement because it was 'undeliverable'. Unbelievable...AVOID at all costs

Long delivery time and the mug looks absolutely like a 5 year old painted it - looks 20% like what was advertised.

SCAM! I bought two items one in November and one in early December. Tracking was working then suddenly both were untrackable. Neither arrived. I reached out and they said theyll send new ones with tracking info. The tracking they sent doesnt work. Please don't buy from here!

I have FINALLY received my order from almost 2 MONTHS AGO. And what i pulled out the package was the cheapest POS for a mug I have EVER SEEN!!!!!

The horrible hand painted edges are chipping paint right 8nto the plastic NOT GLASS cup. I would ABSOLUTELY NEVER allow any of my family use this toxic trinket trash in any manner with a drink.

I have bought better made, better quality, better colored trash from the quarter machines at the grocery store.

My order was neglected. My order was 2 months, over priced compared to the whopping $3 from temu. And FINALLY. My original tracking said it was coming from Italy..... this POS that showed up tracks from China and shipping STARTED a MONTH AFTER!!!!! my origional order.

You should be absolutely ashamed of yourself. You literally we rally the LAZIEST business owner ive EVER SEEN. And far as im concerned a scam artist just like the rest.

I want my money back, and u can have this POS back whenever you want it.

Ill be filing my dispute with my card actually and just post the review. You deserve it, with my screen shots of the horrible handing of this whole process. . I have ZERO faith you will refund my money anyway.

I am a retired teacher shopping for the holiday. I found these lights for my son and silaw. they took my money and no lights have come and its dec 18. i am so disappointed that this company would scam honest people. if the company read30s their reviews, they can do much better and not take hard earned money from people, especially retired people. I ordered these Oct,30,2025

Pretty sure it's a scam, I suggest you don't buy from them : I never received my order (tracking wasn't working), they told me they sent it again but they couldn't give me a new tracking number and worst, the name of their shipping company even if I asked 3 times! Absolutely not a serious company!

I ordered this after seeing an advert on Instagram. They charged me the wrong amount and wouldn’t cancel my order 2 mins after I requested a cancellation

Waiting over two months, nothing ever showed up. Got several tracking updates, but even those stopped. Don't trust these people

Scam scam scam

I ordered golf swing weight attachments to help my golf swing. Everything appeared well, I had constant shipping updates of my impending product arrival. It indicated product had arrived in a depot in the uk after waiting a month. Then nothing. I asked what happened? They then said there was shipping issues! But according to updates the product arrived in the uk for delivery. I requested they cancel and refund my order. I threatened charge back to my bank. They actually did refund my money, short on exchange rates. They are just a mail order company I think, and they get free cash flow holding my money, but they lied about all the shipping details which looked legit. Scam company after all. Bad experience so be warned.
