Terrible quality hair. No customer service skills.

Terrible quality hair. So bad that the lace ripped off due to the matting of the hair. I approached customer service for a resolution and none was delivered. They evidently only care about the opinions of influencers and for this reason it’s businesses like this that will forever only prosper based on false assumptions.

To their credit as I like to be fair the lace itself is of good quality - easy to work with.

I advise anyone thinking of purchasing to check their previous reviews which all seem to be similar to mine. If I was smart I would’ve refrained from ordering with them.

Stay Clear Away from this company

Honestly a terrible experience, I could give a 1000-word essay about my experience, but I will just say save your money and go to an African salon.

At least they won't lie to your face. Such a disappointing experience from a small, black-owned business. I asked for my money back and for them to send me back the hair I sent and told them they can keep the closure I paid for after calls and emails were not being responded to. And they just sent me a mess of a wig back, the stitches were already falling out! Its NEVER been worn. I cant believe how long it took them to make this mess, you would think after all the delays it would be perfect!

I am so frustrated with them. Save yourself and avoid them like the plague.

If there were a -100000000000000 stars I would give it to them, and even then I would be being generous with my score.

Ready to Ship

Ordered hair that said “ready to ship” but got a confirmation email saying I had to pick it up at the store so I ended up having to pay extra shipping fees to get it shipped out to me. However, the hair was really nice and full and I was pleased.

This is the first using this company

This is the first time using this company and when I recieved my order it was incomplete, I couldn't get through to the number that is provided on the website, which worried me.

However, emailing the company and informing them of my incomplete order,it was rectified promptly, which I liked and the 2nd delivery came fairly quick. The quality of the hair feels good but let's wait until I install it and see how long it lasts. If the hair proves good quality, I will be back time and time again.

Terrible quality hair don’t get scammed

Terrible quality hair, mixed with synthetic fibres & 50% filler pieces, short strands glued together to make up the length and weight. They don’t abide by their returns/ refund policy. I sent evidence of the bad quality several time and they didn’t acknowledge it. I was going back and forth with ‘yasmin’ who is probably an alias for the owner for weeks. I had to eventually raise a dispute with my bank. Don’t waste your money!!!! You can get better quality from Ali express. Luckily I paid with Klarna and raised a dispute and got my money back. I doubt the good reviews are genuine customers, very disappointing.

silqmist - kiki glueless closure unit

Firstly ,
The customer service is really good! she really cares for her customers and you can tell which is great to see . I got very quick replies from her which was nice .

secondly , the packaging isn't great. The wig just comes in a bag . No box, No wig cap , no free lash ,no nothing just a bag . This was kind of disappointing.

Thirdly , the wig itself is really nice . Its true to length too which is nice . I chose 180% density and it was a nice thickness .

Terrible company and very poor customer…

Terrible company and very poor customer service. I would not order from them again. There payment system is misleading and they email you asking for more money after the order has gone through.

The wig I purchased is really nice! I am happy with it.
One thing to remember is that you need to put your head size and opt for an extra customisation otherwise the wig may be too big.

I would also go for extreme baby hairs next time as I went for minimal and they really are minimal as in hardly there.

If you get this unit remember to purchase purple toner to take the brassy colour out of the wig.

It will take about two washes to achieve a good colour so factor that in when ordering. (I.e the wig won’t be ready to wear colour wise when you receive it)

Otherwise very happy with my purchase ☺️
