Needed 13 replacement windows to chapel house in a conservation area. The salesman was very patient and understanding. Work was carried out on the dates agreed, and the installation workmen were very professional and left no mess afterwards. Very happy with price and work done!

The saleperson was patient and not at all pushy. We we able to take as much time as we needed to find the best solution.

The installers came when they said they would and replaced our old windows quickly and with almost no damage to the interior walls, so we did not need any redecorating.

Sidey were not the cheapest option we had, but the quality the end result was well worth paying a little extra for.

From the sales team, surveyor to the installation team very friendly, co-operative, efficient and happy on a whole with the end result. Only thing I'd say is be careful where in the glass they place the kite marks (I fully understand why they are needed), but the external kite mark is white and catches your eye, people have commented to me on it, and for me this really spoils the frosted glass centred on my chartwell green door and its overall appearance. However on the full lengthed glass side panels they were different kite marks and less visible? I noticed one of the panels was upside down and they returned to turn it around efficiently, without any problem with no damage to the framework.

Efficient staff from Sidey. The team were hard working, polite and tidied up well as they went along. The team were also kind and thoughtful as I had a nasty virus when they were here and replaced the window in the bedroom first and tidied up there so that I could get to bed on returning from the doctors.

We asked for quotes from 3 local firms. One of them was rejected as soon as the initial visit was made. The other two were very close and we ended up choosing Sidey because they gave us the best suggestion to resolve a particular problem that we had. The delivery and installation were all straightforward. We were warned well in advance of a week postponement of the start date so their communication with us was also really good. All in all, I would use them again.

Communication was excellent from start to finish, the dates for survey and installation were honoured, the quality of the product is high, and the snagging/remedial work was done promptly and without question. The installation team was quietly efficient and every scrap of rubbish was cleared. We have used Sidey on several occasions n recent years and have found them to be consistently good on all fronts. Would highly recommend the company.

What a wonderful experience from start to finish.! Had a new front door installed on my Victorian property, designed and installed without a single problem!

The fitters did they were efficient and tidy. They made what I thought would be a nightmare and it turned out a dream

Everyone I had to speak to were very nice and helpful from start to finish. The installation went well. The team arrived promptly, covered all the carpets they had to walk on, made a lovely job installing the window and cleaned up before leaving. The window is good quality.

Whole house reglazed in one day, by a very efficient team. Minor snags dealt with promptly. We are very happy.

From start to finish Sidey gave a great service. The initial visit by Kevin was very thorough and professional and everything was explained in great detail. The installation surveyor Campbell took all the measurements and was very professional. The actual installation works carried out by Scott O, Scotte and Ed was done with great care and attention to detail. The floors were protected by dust sheets and the works were cleaned up continuously as the works progressed. The finished window installation was excellent . Well done Scott O and his team. I would highly recommend Sidey and have done so already to my friend. Keep up the good professional work.

The door fitted perfect great value for money

Had a new door fitted. Service was good throughout the process. The fitters worked efficiently and tidied up before they left. A small issue with some of the sealant was rectified promptly

Well stocked showroom, knowledgeable staff, experienced and very competent installers. Any changes or queries were dealt with efficiently. Notified immediately at installation that drip bar was dented and appointment was made to have replaced.

All communications clear. Surveyor arrived on the time arranged as did the door installers.
