I had a pleasant experience at this clinic today. I recently enquired about the removal of skin tags and was contacted straight away about a consultation. The staff were extremely polite and friendly and were flexible when booking me in. When I attended the consultation, I was greeted by the main consultant Nazia who was very friendly and polite. She took me through the steps of the procedure and said they could do the treatment straight away. The lady who performed the procedure was Upneet, she was very nice and friendly and made me feel very comfortable. She took care of me and made sure I was feeling ok throughout. I would definitely recommend this clinic for any women looking to remove skin tags. Its also hijab friendly and perfect for women who need privacy.

My experience at Shumailas has been one of the greatest and I am not even exaggerating. Arshya has been been the BEST AT HER JOB. She’s so lovely and friendly and professional she has made me feel very comfortable as u had done lazer and body peeling. 100% recommend.

Doing laser hair removal with Simran and it’s an amazing experience. So much care during the process and amazing care after with good healing advice. The results after session one were so satisfying and reassuring and now after finishing my second session I’m feeling so happy with this decision. I decided to have a combination of Ami Eyes and Morpheus8 around my eye area because I wasn’t feeling confident about my puffy eyes and dark circles.

The difference from combining both treatments has been amazing—far better than when I previously had Ami Eyes on its own. Ami Eyes alone made a noticeable improvement to my dark circles, but together with Morpheus8 the results have been even better. I completed four sessions of each treatment, and I would definitely recommend this combination to anyone considering it.

I’d also like to say that Shumaila’s provides a very professional service. My consultant, Indu, was absolutely amazing—she was so caring, gentle, and reassuring throughout every session, taking the time to explain each step of the process and making me feel completely at ease. I visited the Shumaila's Upminster branch yesterday to get a skin tag removed that was already in quite a bad condition. I had the absolute pleasure of being treated by the founder, Shumaila Iftikhar herself! I am someone who is always completely terrified of needles and medical procedures, but Shumaila was an absolute amazing person. She is incredibly friendly and kept talking to me and making me laugh throughout the entire process. Even though the procedure was a bit painful for me because of my nervousness, her wonderful distraction technique and lovely personality made it so much easier to get through. I am so grateful for her care and highly recommend this clinic! Definitely will be back there!Good luck, to all your clinics!
