Be careful when signing any contracts with this company. Please read all the fineprint as they have a 3 year auto renewal clause. Without any notice they will renew for 3 years and they will ask you to pay a lot of fine to leave the contract. Not the best business to do business with.
So far in business I have never seen companies which will auto renew without notice for 3 years.

We have been a Shred customer for many years for general paper shredding, disk drives and bulk record shredding. Recently we had a archive clear out of 500Kg of paper records. Shred it provided bags and collection was smooth on the day.

So easy to deal with. Emailed and had a quick reply from Patrycja, had delivery within 48hr

The team have been very helpful especially Adam who has called me to help and advise.

Expensive charges for shredding, customer service not good, they like to give case numbers which are then closed without listening to queries, not easy to terminate the contract, they even charge to take the bins away.

The people and the flexibility of service. David Tuke, Sales Executive and the Customer Service Team in particular were so helpful with our impending office clear-out ! Also the scheduled collections are always on point, being very courteous and efficient.

Shred-it were very helpful throughout the process of arranging my former business material to be shredded. I rang initially for a quote and then had some email correspondence to sort out payment and details of when I wanted the job to be done and the limitations of when I could attend the storage facility due to personal circumstances. They listened to all of this and helpfully rang about an hour before they were due to attend on the day to allow me time to get to the storage facility from home so I didn’t have to sit there all day waiting for them to arrive. The 170 boxes were moved very swiftly and the men doing the removals were very hard working and friendly. Also I ended up with a swiftly paid small refund after overestimating the number of boxes of files to be shredded.

Ross made contact with me after an initial enquiry, very helpful, quoted me, bags sent out, I packed them and Shred it collected them. Really easy to use!

Very responsive and have confidence that the contents were destroyed appropriately.
However, they did not communicate with regard to the day they were coming to collect the bags for shredding - it was luck that we were at home.
Also, I was billed again after I had paid. That was resolved quickly after sending an email.
