S.H Properties Recensioni

We have been with S.H properties now for around 2 years and we have been suitably impressed in how they have operated in that time. They have been such a help for us while we have been part of a regeneration process and they have really supported us when we needed assistance. We would highly recommend them as a team that will cater for your property needs. They are professional and considerate in how they communicate with us.

For any request made to SH Properties for jobs to be done is done immediately and so professionally. Takes all your worries away. Would always recommend SH Properties to anyone!

I have lived here for three years now very happily. The team are always friendly and very helpful when needed. I would be happy to recommend them to anyone.

I have been a tenant for over 2 years, and it is the best Agency I have ever been with. Any problem I had was promptly sorted, communication is direct and easy, always get reply to every query within 2 hours and any maintenance problem reported was dealt within record time.

An experienced and helpful team who have dealt with the rental and management of my properties for well over 10 years. They have much expertise at resolving problems and will go that extra mile to ensure successful outcomes. No hesitation in recommending them as managing agents. Well done!

ai have been renting out my property through SH Propertiesfor more than 25 years. Stephen and his team have done a good job to recruit tenants and manage repair and maintenance for the flat. They are professional and efficient. I have rcommended thi agent to my friends and relatives and they were very happy with my recommendation.

Honestly, I have only used one estate agent, and I am happy with my decision to stay with SH Properties. As a landlord, I don't want be bothered with any tenants issues. They handle everything so well for more than a decade. They always seem to find me good tenants, rent payments are never an issue, and the apartment itself is beautifully maintained. I would highly recommend their company.

Terrible. Contradict their actual own contract to someone who specialises in law civil and otherwise.
Additionally are happy to put in bollards that cost the earth but cannot repair a hole in a plasterboard wall nor sort ant infestations out. Videos to follow.

this place is horrible, asked them a few questions about the local properties and they couldn’t give me straightforward answers, as if they were uneducated about the properties they have ,not to mention I’ve visited there office and I must say there was a lack of diversity which sort of shocked me as it made me feel really uncomfortable.

The have managed my property in Hendon for 29 years.. .. always there friendly.. and helpful.. nothing is a problem

Laura in Admin was amazing I wish she worked me me when I was in bysiness!!!

Diabolical, paid over the odds for late payment well within time, ccj has been issued well before 14 day allowance stated on letter, and has negative impact on credit score and future mortgage, seeking legal advice and surely illegal

Found me a very nice tenant at the asking price, and extremely quickly. The service throughout the process was excellent and helpful.
They gave me a lot of advice as it was my first rental.
Very happy with them.

Nearly five years really looked after
All office staff could not have done any more to help me over the years
Wonderful time with them
Thank you so much

Sh properties are always on hand to help with my rental property I have used them for last 6 years and very efficient and fantastic service

my referencing process went smoothly and all queries were answered efficiently and effectively with no problems would recommend for others

We got our house through SH property. Stephen is very friendly, professional and helpful. He made us feel calm throughout the entire process. SH properties offer exceptional service. He responded to all our queries and all the issues we faced were solved quickly. He was committed to make sure that we were taken care of. He knows the field very well. I am extremely happy with them.
I highly recommend SH properties to anyone looking for a place to rent.

They rented us the apartment with a series of problems to solve, like a worksite, and then
they want to enter when they want without respecting the tenant's right to choose priorities and to enjoy the apartment peacefully. Clearly the priorities are decided by them, specifically they made us stay all winter with old windows to suffer from the cold and changed them only when we threatened to call the council, when winter was over. Now suddenly they want to repair the intercom because someone else pays, now that it was broken they didn't tell us at the time of signing the contract as well as all the other problems, so since it is our right to refuse to enter without consent, they keep bothering us that we have to do it by treating ourselves as if we have no rights. A real nightmare

Heve been with them for the past 10 years and have find them to be very helpful and good service..personal attendance..
