Great Store Experience
I Was looking for bridesmaid dresses and found beautiful gowns at Ruby's. The staff was very helpful and ordered all the sizes in the exact color I had been looking for. I also purchased costume jewelry for all my bridesmaids from here. Thanks for all your help Ruby's!

Got my dress in two weeks. Not my usual site, so I was a bit scared to order. The dress I got came out beautiful and fit nicely. They don't offer refunds or returns so I hope you see the same results. Got a free jewelry set with it as well and free shipping, even though my dress didn't meet their qualifications. Four stars because I wasn't too pleased with their over-the-phone customer service.

4.5 - The key to shopping here is knowing exactly all the parameters and knowing that purchases are non-refundable or exchangeable. Go into it knowing exactly what you want and have a size that you know will fit.
My daughter found a dress at a local store that she loved. We knew what size she needed, having tried it on. The price at the local store was too high and it was not the color she wanted. So she did an internet search for the dress and found ShopRubys.com. They had the dress in the desired size and color at a much more affordable price.
Ordering was easy. Shipped quickly. Dress arrived in perfect condition as expected.

Some of the beads were already falling …
Some of the beads were already falling off when I opened the box. After I got a closer look I realized the beads were not even there, it was just empty holes. THIS DRESS WAS COMEPLETELY USED. A ENTIRE ROW OF BEADS ARE MISSING!! This place is deffinetly now worth the money, AT ALL. I'm very disappointed.
