I have already left a review but can’t believe that this company still send out marketing emails and discounts. This is daylight robbery and I can’t understand why and how they are getting away with it. Surely an ombudsman can step in! I ordered four lights and only two arrived. This was in April. I have been promised refunds but nothing happens!

Dreadful.
Was slightly suspicious of this company pre ordering but decided to give them the benefit of the doubt. Big mistake, thats significantly held up a job.
Was given a proposed delivery date pre payment which was acceptable, however immediately knew there was likely to be a problem when recieved update that product was going into manufacture.. this isn't handcrafted stuff, so it's misleading to present it as if theyre manufacturing individual orders, they just dont hold any stock..
A little web searching unearths that you can find identical product on ali express for a quarter of the price, so in reality all you're getting from meraki is drop shipping and marketing.
In my experience, 6 weeks later I had no updates whatsoever on where my product was and they also still couldn't provide me with a delivery date when requested multiple times/ didn't know.

Order cancelled and refund requested.

Don't waste your time or money.

Ordered furniture hardware 2 months ago and order has failed to get past " in production" were supposed to dispatch on 15 August but got an email yesterday with some *^#* and bull story about problem with their system . Cancelled the order today and they are now saying it will take 30 days to refund the money paid despite there being no goods returned to be inspected as none were delivered. Not confident that what have since read about Shop Meraki that I will ever see my hard earned money again. Don't be tempted by all that glitters and avoid Shop Meraki.

This company definitely wants to see if it can get a record for the most negative reviews !
SCAMMERS! On Companies House the Director is listed as Ali Youseff, 114a Lake Road , Poole, BH154LN. He is listed as having Directorships of five companies including this one. All, I suspect , scams . You have been warned!

SCAM, SCAM, SCAM - AVOID, AVOID, AVOID

Ordered product on 6th Feb and still not received. No one can tell me where it is or when I'll get it. Refuse to refund. They take your money, don't deliver and create a wild goose chase when you try to contact them. Pathetic company to deal with.

I placed an order 3 months ago Was told repeatedly that the order will be delivered soon Many silly apologies but no view of the items I requested refund but none given This is a joke of a business

Beware this is a scam company, who have taken my money and not delivered. Impressive looking website and I made the classic mistake of not doing further checks before purchasing 5 x handles. I have been strung along with 'customer service' support emails which have led to no-where. I am reporting this website now to Action Fraud and will be phoning their other UK suppliers to let them know. Interesting that Meraki list themselves as a 'software' company. Their website lists being reviewed in all the major UK interior design magazines but I have found nothing.

SCAM. as stated here multiple.times this company is a scam. I contacted my Visa card to try to recoup my loss but as it was over 120 days since transaction I cant get my money. Ordered lights in March, didnt receive them , asked for a refund , was told it was being processed but nothing. So frustrating ! Lesson learnt , check here first!!

Items never arrived, having ordered them at the start of May. I think this is a scam company!

Pésima experiencia. Hicimos un pedido el 25 de abril de 2025 y al ver que no había actualizaciones sobre el mismo, tratamos de contactar con ellos en múltiples ocasiones y a través de todas las plataformas posibles (correo, chat de su web, facebook e Instagram).

Solo nos respondieron por Instagram, hace 1 mes, diciéndonos que en 2 semanas tendríamos nuestro pedido... Para sorpresa de nadie, seguimos esperando.

Les dimos dos semanas más de margen, pero aun así... Hemos solicitado un reembolso inmediato del dinero, que espero que devuelvan, porque llevamos más de 3 meses en esta situación y es inadmisible, así que mucho cuidado si tenéis pensado comprar aquí.

Si no recibo el dinero de vuelta en los próximos días, emprenderemos acciones legales contra esta empresa por fraude.

Avoid ordering any lights from this company
I would not recommend them
If there was a zero rating that’s what I would give them
It’s taken 10 weeks to produce 2 lights
And no information of when they will actually come
The customer service is very poor . They send standard emails out with no personal explanation
10 weeks is a very long time for 2 lights compared to any of the several other lighting companies I’ve used
Please avoid if you’d like timely service
I just hope if and when I receive these lights they were worth the ridiculous wait

I placed my first order on January 3rd and a follow-up order on February 19th, both for kitchen door handles. The stated lead time was 6–8 weeks, yet over 7 months later I have not received a single item.

After countless emails back and forth (most of which were clearly AI-generated and repeated the same responses), there has been no resolution. I have requested a refund multiple times due to their failure to deliver, but this has also been ignored.

This company has taken over £2,000 and delivered nothing. Do not waste your time or money – avoid at all costs! I will now be taking this further.

Ordered several articles. Received some of them after a lot of time and the rest not at all (still "waiting" after 6 months). Responses from customer service seem to be generated by AI and mention prominently that the case will be escalated to top management. Yet, nothing happens. Very disappointed.

🚫 AVOID MERAKI — Worst Online Shopping Experience Ever 🚫
I ordered 35 kitchen handles from Meraki over six weeks ago. Not only did they fail to ship my order, but after I cancelled it and asked for a refund, they’ve made me chase them for WEEKS. Over 50 emails later, they keep promising my refund will come — but it never does.

This company claims to be legitimate, but my experience has been nothing short of infuriating. They happily take your money, then disappear when it’s time to deliver or refund.

If you’re thinking of ordering from Meraki — DON’T. Save yourself the stress, wasted time, and lost money. I wouldn’t wish this headache on anyone.

Ordered lots of cupboard handles 25 June. It said free delivery in 2-4 weeks. Contacted them 22 July. They said it might take up to 2 months and then stopped replying to all emails, contact form etc. There is NO contact phone number and NO live chat. So essentially they took my money and no goods have arrived yet. Also I am moving house soon and asked them to contact me to update the delivery address and no-one from the company has reached out. It’s a SCAM COMPANY. DO NOT BUY.

I ordered handles for my entire home from shopmeraki.com, and it's been a frustrating experience from start to finish. Despite taking full payment upfront, they haven’t delivered anything — and it’s been weeks.

Customer service is nonexistent. You can only reach them through a form or email, and when they do respond (after 24–48 hours), you get generic AI-generated excuses like:

“At this time, we're unable to send pictures or documentation. The service outage has affected multiple systems…”

“We’re having issues with the dispatch due to a technical outage…”

“Your order is ready, but we’re facing an unexpected technical issue affecting our dispatch operations…”

These vague replies don’t change — it’s the same recycled message over and over with no real update, no timeline, no accountability.

I would strongly recommend avoiding Shop Meraki as this company seems to be stealing your money.

I really wish I read these reviews before purchasing - I ordered a light fitting which they delivered late, but that's a minor point - I wanted to return it as by the time it was delivered we had already fitted a different light, and before purchasing I checked the returns info on the product page which clearly stated it could be returned within 90 days. I confidently therefore submitted a return request which to my dismay was rejected. Upon clarifying with customer service they informed me that all lights are made to order and non returnable, per their full returns policy and so I can't return it. So they essentially put incorrect info on their product pages and fall back on their returns policy to refuse return requests. I intend to pursue this through third party intervention but thought I'd post here asap for others to be aware of.

Complete scam - do not buy!!!
I purchased products in Dec 2024 which never arrived, citing production delays every few weeks I enquired. A bot finally replied to my email in March saying that they would cancel my order but I was never refunded for the money.
It is now end of July and I cannot get my money back after countless enquiries (which are seemingly always from a bot citing that they are working on the refund and is with the Finance Department)

Comme beaucoup de témoignages, nous n avons jamais reçu nos poignées de portes commandées en mai. Environ 500 euros de moins. J ai eu le malheur de commenter sur instagram et Facebook (contenu complètement fake) ils m ont littéralement bloqué les acces a leur site. Aucune réponse sur le sois disant mail info. quelque-chose, bref ne COMANDEZ SURTOUT PAS, ce sont des voleurs. Je regrette ne m etre pas plus méfié que ca, car l ayant vu "sponsorisé" sur Google cela semblait rassurant, avec un compte insta de 50k de followers pourquoi chercher plus loin.. J ai évidemment porter plainte, mais j imagine qu elle va rester sans suite. Je regrette de ne pas avoir lu les avis plus tôt.

The worst customer experience I have ever had. I spent over $5,000 CAD on new hardware for my home renovation. Upon receipt, the order was incomplete and the all the backsets were the wrong size and are unusable. Repeated attempts getting customer service- no phone number, no chat box, and the email replies are "canned responses" from their "Fintech" platform. Do not buy from this company. I will be filing a complaint with the UK trade commission.
