AVOID at all costs! Do not be tempted!
Bought the Bambi jacket as it looked amazing online. Cost €425 including shipping, took forever to come.
I didn't like the jacket closures - really loud, large silver popper so the jacket could never be worn open as they were so ugly. It was so expensive I chose to return because for that price I wanted it to be exactly right, not so-so.
Returns must be sent within 14 days of the purchase being recieved and it takes them 2 days to reply to emails so I finally got the return address after a week of emailing back and forth with their random demands (they needed pictures of my purchase etc even though I gave them the order number). I then paid £30 to get it shipped to the Netherlands. I have just had notification that I am only going to get €291 back as a refund! I am furious! No proof of purchase of shipping etc and as I understand it there should be no taxes due as the item was sent back. So I'm now 134€ and £30 out of pocket!
Total scam, absolutely avoid at all costs even if it looks nice online.
