Absolutely horrific experience
Absolutely horrific experience! Bought a game and payed for express shipping, and the game didn’t show up on time and is now 4 days late. Zero response from customer service!! Fortunately I used PayPal so I got a refund.

HORRIBLE
HORRIBLE! The item didn't ship when they said, arrived late and damaged. In addition, there is no accurate description of the item on the website. The book that arrived is a paperback instead of hardcover! What a joke! The hardcover version on Amazon is $0.50 more. I will never order anything from this company again!

Hi, i think you may have us confused with another website which is http://www.discount-electrical.co.uk/ which also calls themselves Shop 4 as we are repeatedly mistaken for them and always receiving calls from customers who have ordered from them and not us.
Please can you double check and correct your review if wrong.
Items did not arrive
Items did not arrive in reasonable time so I had to replace from other supplier.
Shop 4 refunded promptly.
