Ordered a keyboard for my laptop. I was sceptical at first but it did arrive about 12 days later. I replaced the keyboard on my laptop, it fitted perfectly and even the back lite worked. Just one thing to improve on is communication to the customer. I had to prompt them into getting my tracking number but they did respond quite quickly to my email.
I was very skeptical at first, when I ordered my laptop's replacement keyboard, as there were no reviews about this website almost anywhere, but I took the chance, because they were the only ones that had the keyboard I needed in the language version I needed and the fact that they recommend using PayPal checkout and are advising against saving any personal data on their website.
After a couple of days waiting, I emailed their support team using the contact details on their website and they replied to me, reassuring me that a tracking number will be provided once the item gets shipped.
The keyboard arrived after about one week and everything is brand new and perfect! I am very happy and I warmly recommend this seller!
