The shed arrived mouldy, do not recommend
The shed arrived mouldy. Many panels were thickly coated with mould. We asked for £50 to cover the costs of the mould remover and solutions (receipt as evidence), but they refused to compensate us.

Do not expect communication with delivery
No communication at all with delivery, no email or call. Eventually had an email 31 minutes before it was delivered at 8.31am when we were all in work. All the plastic beading missing to add to matters, called customer service to arrange for replacement with a piece of broken glass in a weeks time and then they do not deliver the beading only the glass!!!

Cabin was delivered to a wrong address…
Cabin was delivered to a wrong address with no signature from myself
Contacted customer service and was told it could not be collected and delivered to the correct address it would have to be sent back to the depo and I would have to re order the cabin as the price has gone up in this product
But it is being resolved though Shire Directly and swiftly

Thank you for your feedback. We’re sorry to hear of your disappointment regarding your recent order.
Having reviewed the matter, the cabin was delivered to the address provided at the time the order was placed, in line with the delivery details submitted to us by the retailer. As we fulfilled delivery to the contracted address supplied on the order, we are unfortunately unable to collect and re-deliver the building to an alternative location.
We appreciate this is frustrating if the incorrect delivery address was entered when ordering, however any amendments to delivery details would need to be made prior to dispatch. Should the item need to be reordered to a new address, this would need to be processed as a new purchase via the retailer.
We apologise for any disappointment caused and appreciate your understanding.
Item not delivered
Item not delivered, many parts missing. After 4 weeks the parts supplied were incorrect. A very poor experience and in hindsight I would have used a different supplier

Having reviewed the matter, we can see replacement parts were arranged and dispatched promptly once the missing items were reported, with DHL tracking provided to assist. Following this, we were advised by the retailer that you had decided to keep the building and no longer wished to proceed with collection.
We appreciate that delays and part shortages can be frustrating, and we apologise for the inconvenience caused during the process. Customer satisfaction is important to us, and whilst we regret that your experience did not meet expectations on this occasion, we do thank you for your feedback.

Reasonable quality summer house
Reasonable quality summer house, 1 part was missing but customer service have promised to send it out promptly. Windows were very fiddly to construct otherwise a fairly easy task for 3 people.

Appalled delivery should have been 13th April I understand u said driver ill but to then ring me and say delayed till 22nd is a disgrace..if id have known shire were delivery company for wayfair I wouldnt have bothered as I had a shed from u two years ago and it was over three weeks late so why book a delivery when clearly you make your mind up when its going to arrive 😡😡😡finally arrived 3 pieces damaged even piece broke off shire said it is just edges its not just edges there's a piece detached off not happy at all wouldnt recommend

Unfortunately, driver absence due to illness is outside of our control and, on rare occasions, can impact scheduled deliveries at short notice. As soon as we became aware of the issue, my colleague contacted you yesterday morning and advised that they would do their best to try and expedite an earlier alternative delivery date where possible. We appreciate this delay is disappointing and apologise for the inconvenience caused. Thank you for your patience whilst we work to get your order to you as quickly as we can.
Delivers a broken panel
Delivers a broken panel, when I asked for a replacement they told me to come and get one myself.
Wood quality is one of the poorest I have seen for a long time.
Would never recommend this business to anyone.

As soon as your damage was reported, our team arranged a replacement panel and this was exchanged for you on Thursday. We appreciate the initial proposed date was not suitable, however our team did look to assist further given your circumstances and offered collection only as an additional option in an effort to help resolve the matter sooner. We are sorry the panel arrived with transit damage and apologise for the inconvenience caused, but we are pleased this was rectified promptly once raised with us.
Inconsistant delivery / collection dates
Would not recommend at all orderd a summerhouse messed around with delivery dates booked time of work , finally receievd the summerhouse then it had parts missing and broken parts again messed me about with different delivery dates then when finally came parts were still missing so called for refund and to have item collecetd was arranged for collection again today between 10- 2 no one came called customer services at 2.40 said will call driver and come back to me now 345 and no call so when i call back the office is now closed totally been messed around round from the start i now have a summerhouse blocking my car in as as Shire have failed to collect today !!!!

On the day it was delivered the heavens had opened and I was worried it wouldn’t come pack for this weather.
I was wrong it was packed perfect and the driver was so helpful.

Delivery was excellent
Delivery was excellent. The product is good value for money. I used the Shire octagonal base on spikes which was easy to install. The roof was a challenge and definitely a two person job but very pleased with the final outcome.

Stay away
I am very disappointed with my purchase. I expect some small problems but not this much, considering the price that I Paid for £588 and would expect better Quality.
1. Wood is split.
2. Feather edge on some panels are split.
3. Roof felt isn't long enough not fit for purpose and not to mention very thin? A4 paper is thicker. I had to go out and spend more money to fix this at a cost of £42.00
4. Roof felt nails isn't fit for purposes tiny.
5. All six window frames, all the wood that holds the glass had the babe cut to size so they can be fitted in properly to hold the glass in.

Following your email, our customer service team responded promptly requesting the part numbers for the affected components so that we could arrange suitable replacements for any damaged items reported. At present, we are awaiting this information from yourself in order to proceed further.
As a manufacturer of timber garden buildings, some natural cosmetic imperfections can occur within the timber; however, where components are deemed excessively damaged or unfit, we are always happy to review and replace these accordingly once identified.
With regard to the roofing felt and fixings, these are supplied in line with the specification for the building, though we are sorry to hear you were unhappy with them.
We remain more than happy to assist in resolving the concerns raised and would encourage you to reply to our support team with the requested part numbers so we can progress this for you as quickly as possible.
