Bike shelter arrived and wasn't silver…
Bike shelter arrived and wasn't silver as advertised, but was white/cream in colour. 1st delivery refused as instructed by Shelters4less customer adviser, not the correct colour. 2nd delivery was the same shelter, so refused delivery again. Contacted customer support and was advised that they had spoken to the manufacturer who advised that it was the correct colour (white/cream) for the product. 3rd delivery accepted, although not the correct colour silver as advertised, as I need the shelter & didn't want to faff about getting another. Shelters4less need to ensure what they advertise is correct, as I would have got the shelter from somewhere else who could have provided a silver one. Now have to paint the one I received! Not too sure I would buy from them again.

This product is one of our best selling items, we have not received any other feedback previously with regards to the colour of the shelter. This particular product is a standard colour which is ral 7035 and this is specified on the product page of the website. Received a very poorly packed product…
Received a very poorly packed product which was of course damaged. Immediately asked to return and over a month later it's still sat in my front yard. They have been strining me along saying they will collect day after day and now they are just ignoring me. Terrible company that just dump crap in front of your house and expect you to pay for it.

We purchased a cycle compound costing over 6k for a project, all seemed to be going smooth, money taken via BACs transfer and a week lead in time given, requested to be contacted a week before the expected delivery date, so we could inform the delivery location an a date. A week before came and no contact, so I called them myself to be told oh that's not due for another two weeks, 'you should have been told this at time of purchase'. Okay, so again asked to be contacted to confirm a date, again this didn't happen. Called them and was told that there had been a fire in the manufacturers warehouse and their would be a further four week delay, called again after the four weeks to be told it will be with you next Wednesday (joy) called on the Wednesday morning, sorry to say its been delayed to Thursday! And it turned up on the Wednesday afternoon???
It turned up with missing pieces, including the bike toast racks!!!! Two more deliveries with an excuse about a cutting machine being broken. Honestly the worst company I have ever dealt with and we won't be using them again and neither will my client or the architect.
