Andy and gang were great ! Gave me a fair price on my KTM .We had great banter and the Ducati was exactly as described. Can't fault any part of the handover, I will shop here again ! Thanks guys

Great motorcycle sales team I seen the bike i wanted online so i messaged and they got straight back to me with a px deal which was a very fair price and a few days later the bike was in my garage serviced and new mot and it looks mint and rides awsome so 10 out of 10 from me cheers guys

The guy I spoke with was abrupt and rude. When I arrived he said ‘I’m on my own, what are you after?’ As I am just starting out my motorcycle journey I started to explain I’m doing my CBT next month and before I could continue any further he points and says ‘125’s are up there’. I’m not interested in 125’s, as I was about to explain I’m doing the CBT then the DAS straight after and will hopefully be concluded by August, so was looking at some options and gauging the prices of bikes.

I enquired about 650’s, but he said ‘we don’t have any 650’s’. (There’s at least 4 on the website). ‘Best thing to do is go online and have a look’. Any other questions I tried to ask was met with ‘go on the website’.

He was absolutely uninterested, useless and just plain rude. This was at 15:45 in the afternoon too, so not even as if I’ve gone in at closing time. I went after the school run and had my child with me who was interested in seeing what his dad was looking to buy.

I will not be going here and spending my money, I’ll take it elsewhere to someone who has some manners and customer service skills.

Purchased a GSX1400 from these guys via internet comms.
Andy was'nt pushy, did'nt waffle and answered all my questions over the phone and email.
Bike was delivered and described exactly as advertised.
Easy transaction. hope to buy again in the future

Once again the bike was turned out immaculate, and Andy even supplied a Givi back box which was not with the bike originally free off charge and saved me from buying one. Just bought a BMW 1300 S at the weekend from Sheldon motorcycles and was impressed with guys that run it. Friendly helpful and knowledgeable and come across as trustworthy. The bike was immaculately turned out serviced and ready to go on delivery (unlike some dealers) certainly recommend them to others.

Andy and Paul are top guys at a diamond of a motorcycle shop, i was looking at a sports bike and saw a fireblade i liked , part ex of my BMW was done no nonesense and offer provided. Excellent service and delivery today, all done via email as i work in NHS. Will use again +++++

I just bought a Yamaha tracer 900gt from this company, after some negotiations a price was agreed. I arrived to collect the bike and it was exactly as advertised..immaculate, it had the agreed 12 month MOT. And a full service. Bought a 2012 1215 explorer off sheldon motorcycles (Andy and Pete are some craic) travelled over from Belfast to pick it up. It was in better condition than I imagined. It was as described in our phone calls and I was definitely impressed by the I'm depth and honest descriptions I was given. No bull just a straight up genuine honest place to deal with. Obviously only care about selling motorbikes, not sure why they even list as selling scooters. Arrived before their closing time but they had put scooters away and weren't clearly bothered about selling them, just said come back at an earlier time. Just took an hour journey for nothing.
