Thank you for your honest feedback and for being a loyal customer with Shearings for over 20 years. We’re genuinely sorry to hear that your recent experience at the Marine Hotel didn’t live up to the standards you’ve come to expect from us.

While we're pleased the bed and breakfast element was satisfactory, it's very disappointing to hear that the evening meals and service let the experience down particularly as you felt the need to dine on the third night. That’s certainly not the experience we expect for our customers, especially those who have supported us for so long.

Thank you for providing your feedback of your recent stay at the Marine Hotel in Llandudno with us.

I'm sorry to hear that you were not able to get a room with a sea view. When a request such as this is placed, it is forwarded to the hotel who will try to accommodate it if they are able to. Any requests placed at the time of booking are shown on the confirmation invoice sent once the booking has been placed.
