Shawlands Dental Care Recensioni 

After several dental cares both outside and inside of UK, I finally got my dental issue properly diagnosed and addressed here. Plus, everyone is so welcoming and friendly.

I have been really impressed with the practice since joining for Invisalign treatment over lockdown. All the staff are very friendly and accommodating.

Dr Haroon Ismail has been great in explaining the entire Invisalign treatment process to me, as well as taking the time to answer a long list of questions I had thereon to settle my nerves. Moreover, what has impressed me is the attention to detail and making sure my teeth stay healthy throughout the whole process - with regular scheduled hygienist appointments where necessary. I am reassured to know that overall dental health, and not just aesthetically pleasing results, are valued at the practice.

Not only am I satisfied with my Invisalign treatment so far but I was also initially very impressed that, after having chipped my front tooth (in half) over lockdown and having problems at my old dentist with getting it fixed, it was fixed quickly and professionally at Shawlands Dental Care to alleviate my stress and anxiety about it.

I've always had positive experiences with the staff, and the admin has been smooth af, even through covid. Everyone is strangely attractive, and I don't get the feeling they're trying to upsell me on dental extras, the way some places can do. Really happy they're in my neighbourhood.

Having had negative experiences with previous dental surgeries I am delighted to have discovered Shawlands Dental Care. I had a crown made and fitted in one appointment. The dentist put me at ease, explained the process thoroughly and was professional throughout which made the whole experience very comfortable. Their service was exceptional and I would highly recommend Shawlands Dental Practice to anyone looking for a first class service.

Had a recent emergency visit that was much appreciated, staff and dentist were excellent and treatment was painless, will be moving for regular checks in the future.

Neglected, broken and in pain, Shawlands team during Covid lockdown recognised how much pain and suffering I was in and immediately took my on as a new patient, five broken teeth due to menopause, and previous dentistry gone wrong, they gave me patience confidence and overall my smile back, also I’m a real patient who now regularly attends due to the overall compassion HIGHLY RECOMMENDED

Been going here for a few years now after going some years without visiting a dentist. Staff are all friendly and knowledgeable, making for a comfortable experience.

Great location for a dentist. Have dealt with Lauren and Diane a number of times now with both being very friendly and accommodating, offering in depth dental care with planned treatment being organised quickly. Appointments have been offered to suit my schedule and reception always friendly and happy to help. Would recommend.

I hadn’t been to the dentist for ages, as I was quite scared of the dentist. Then of course during lockdown a tooth started playing up! Which then added to the anxiety of going because we were locked down. Shawlands dental care were absolute hero’s! They made me feel comfortable and the place is so well spaced out and safe when it comes to Covid precautions. Haroon was brilliant at explaining everything that needed to be done and how he was going to do it. I’m still a wee bit nervous when I go, but with Shawlands dental care I’m actually managing to get in the door! Thank you!!

Amazing dentist. Starting here during the pandemic and can’t fault the work they do or staff. Lauren, Dayna and Diane are absolutely amazing :) girls on reception are always lovely and always very accommodating for appointments. 10/10.

Very happy with Shawlands dental care - both the reception staff and my dentist  (Lauren McPhillips) are very friendly and professional. Unfortunately, I  missed my first appointment but the lady at reception was very accommodating and managed to find me a new time slot that was fairly soon.
Dr McPhillips was also very helpful and recommended the least invasive and cost-efficient treatment option, instead of suggesting to go down a road that is (unnecessarily) much more complicated.
Overall, very happy with the quality of care - I am now registered as a patient with them.

As soon as I entered Shawlands Dental Care I instantly felt at ease. All staff members are lovely, welcoming and ensure that they create an inviting environment for everyone. They are always very helpful and go above and beyond to ensure the best for their patients.

Very attentive, friendly staff, Dentist and Hygenist. Very good COVID-19 protection measures in place and immaculately clean!

Friendly service and good setup for reminders and appointment bookings: the staff are all very welcoming. There's a little too much emphasis on private treatments ahead of NHS care, but that's kind of expected given the nature of dental care at present.

Called to enquire about registering. Told yes they are taking on new patients. I told them l was NHS and suddenly they are NOT taking any new patients.

I visited the practice after recommendation from my partner and have received outstanding treatment. The staff are extremely welcoming and friendly. I feel very safe attending the practice and they have excellent covid measures in place. I couldn't recommend Shawlands dental care enough.

As someone who does not like the idea of the dentist, Shawlands Dental Care made me feel so comfortable by explaining everything and making the process so easy. Really nice modern dentist office with lovely staff.
