They have over the years provided me with exceptional customer support. Just before Christmas my old boiler broke down. I agreed to have a new one fitted. Shape changed their work programme, to enable them to fit the new boiler, the week before Christmas. I was not expecting this and was amazed when the new boiler was delivered.

Excellent service. Short notice emergency call out. Very clear pricing structure, clean work and completed professionally.

Provided a comprehensive, competitive quote following on site survey, This included the only solution presented to the limited space available that enabled retaining same position for the new condensing boiler despite requirement for condensate drainage.
The installation proceeded as scheduled and system flushing identified faults in the heating circuit that can now be addressed. Good, efficient team, recommended.

I couldn't ask for a more professional service. I will definitely use this company again. Jim explained all that he did and recommended work that needs to be done, most of which I expected due to the age of the boiler. I will be asking Jim back to carry out any future work due to his work ethic. I recommend this company. Jim doesn't sell his company, his work does! So pleased I was actually given his number by another plumber.

I had to find a company to service our boiler and wanted someone that we could rely on. From booking the appointment with the admin staff who were very helpful to the actual service was excellent, arrived on time, very thorough and tidy, would not hesitate to use Shape Contractors again.

Quick and honest. He sorted our problem (that several other plumbers had scratched their head over) quickly - and hence cheaply. I would definitley recommend.

My boiler packed up just before Christmas and they were immediately around the next day to assess the problem. Having concluded it was terminal they provided me a quote and guarantees etc, I shopped around and they were more than just competitive! The first working day after the Christmas break they were knocking on my door with a new boiler at 8.30 a.m. even though Michael was not well! Michael & the team worked flat out to fit a new boiler and get us up and running again! They flushed the system etc and provided a service second to none!

Easy to arrange appointment times to suit, emails provided were easy to understand and a positive way of dealing with shape. Arrived on time for appointments, pleasant to deal with leaving the house clean and tidy.

Jim was punctual and polite. He fitted me a Hive internet thermostat which I’m extremely pleased with. He set up the timings for me & showed me how it worked. Would recommend this local company 100%
