I found the sales advisor very helpful…
I found the sales advisor very helpful and friendly and she explained the product very well. When part of the product was forgotten in the original order she sent it out to me the following week free charge. The overall service was great.

Rubber Strap on Harness
There wasn't any in stock in my size so I gave Sh! a message and they immediately got back to me and said I could preorder one with them and they would get it sent out to me. It arrived in a few days and was the perfect fit. Great customer service, great quality product.
