Do not go near this car dealer ship! They clearly don't care about their customers or the way they treat their cars.

Drove an hour to view a red Mitsubishi ASX, rang a few hours before to check it was available and to book a viewing. They knew what time I was coming.

Got greeted by some man who gave me the keys and said drive it out and have a look and then pretty much walked off.

Proceed to head to the car. Never driven one before and didn't know how to find all the adjustment, your man was busy on the phone and showed me vety hastily then walked off again!!

Had a look around while I was awaiting and within just a few seconds I knew I didn't want anything to do with the car. It wasn't clean inside!! MUD on the backseats, CHEWING GUM WRAPPERS on the passenger seat and on the floor. It's clearly being used as a company car so something.

If I'm viewing a car for 7,500£, I'd expect the car to at least have been valeted!! Told the other man in the shop that I was no longer interested in the car as it wasn't even clean. Couldn't even see the seller as he was clearly busy elsewhere on the phone..

Very clearly, I asked john: 1 Has the van had any damage repairs. 2 Has any paint applied. John reassured me it was all original and I trusted him. I believed what he said and bought the van. Since then, I have discovered the back bumper has been ripped off and badly re-fitted, the passenger door has been bashed in and repainted, the drivers-side front wing has been caved in and very badly repaired. Being a professional in this industry, of course john knew about these issues, so he lied. My mind is uneasy about what else he's lied about. Take a mechanic with you if you feel you must deal with this man. Very, very, disappointed but I guess It's my fault for trusting him.

I’m writing this review on behalf of my dad as he is useless with technology. I recently bought a used ranger wildtrak from sg motor holdings after looking around and visiting many dealers. I found there approach to the whole sale process refreshing. There was no hard sell, no hidden fees and no negatives what so ever. Everything was easy and straight forward from the first call I made to taking delivery of my pick up. I dealt with John who we that extra mile to get me a deal. I would certainly go back again for my next vehicle and have already recommended them to some work pals who need new vans. Thanks guys, great work.

I previously leased my vehicle with Northgate; for many years. I wish I had come across Sgmotorholdings earlier than I did! There level of service is excellent and they sourced the exact van I was looking for; with a much higher spec....and for a fraction of the cos!. Would strongly recommend.

From start to the pick up of the vans John made sure everything was ready paperwork had all been done and the whole experience was great.
we will be getting more vans from them as we go along.

I only run a small business but the van is probably one of the most important and expensive tools I have , so I had to get it right
I’ve dealt with john and his business 3 times now and on all occasions he’s been upfront, honest and a pleasure to deal with on the purchase of 3 vans in total, and in fact in all credit to john my first van ,I had specific requirements and at the time there was a Uk shortage of the van I wanted and the spec I desired. John had none in stock but rang round his contacts and found me one at no profit to himself or his business as I had to purchase it off his contact. John was just happy to help out and said the way he looked at it his business had still impressed myself and I’d be back in the future, which I have for two Renault traffic s.
