A salesman who gave us the time that my daughter and I needed, answered all our questions and demonstrated how the machine worked.
Your delivery service never contacted me so I didn't know when to expect the machine. It was left sitting on my front doorstep, in full view of the street. In some places crime is moving out to the countryside.

Great new machine
I went to the Festival of Quilts and saw the Happy Japan sewing machines. I wasn't looking for a new machine but after a very good demonstration by Will, I decided to buy one. I was impressed by how easy it was to thread the machine and it also had other useful features. Delivery was very quick and straight forward. The SewCentre has a useful video on YouTube demonstrating the Happy Japan sewing machine

Should have been 5 stars
Would have been 5 stars but Sew Centre had some supply issues from their supplier which meant I was waiting in to receive my new machine which didn’t arrive. I would liked to have been briefed about the situation rather than me chasing it up.

Bernina 990 sewing machine
Been looking at the Bernina 990 sewing and embroidery machine for over 2 years and was very pleased to see Sewing Centre had an offer for machine only.
I was offered an amazing trade in price on my 570QE and didn’t even need to send it to them before the 990 arrived.
Also given a discount on the Horn table I needed for the machine.
The offer includes a welcome free service worth £250 or 2 days tuition.
Had the machine for 2 weeks now and really can’t fault it, very easy to use, purrs along and the very large harp helps loosen the strain on my sore shoulders when pushing quilts through.
Ben and Chris were very helpful and could answer all my questions

The staff I talked to was very helpful…
The staff I talked to was very helpful at the Sew Centre they answered all my questions. Delivered was very quick too as I received my Janome J3-20 the next day. I’m very happy with the machine I’ve made quite a few things already. Would definitely recommend it.
